The staff is very friendly. It did seem that the cleaning person did their job well, compared to hotels in general. Lots of cosmetics are lipstick on a pig or low income housing type cosmetics. Like poorly painted doors and bathroom shelf. Door has stains from finger prints etc. walls painted with different paint or colors etc. The property is fine. Location was ok. Was not worth the price compared to everything else around etc. it was very loud.

It’s a clean room with a bed that sunk in where guests slept on. Noises from the street could be heard from our room. Even with ear plugs we kept woken up during the nights.

PLUSES-Our room was charming and very spacious! Two robes and slippers included…that was a nice surprise, beautiful semi private wrap around balcony. Comfy bed (we had the deluxe adult king? 205) bathroom was great! Toiletries also included which is a huge bonus!! Kind staff! Great option of two pools! The sweet lady at the desk, Simone, gave us some sunscreen to use because we lost ours and Emma at check in was as nice as could be. There were also two young gentleman and we didn’t get their names, but very helpful! Perfect location! MINUSES-not their fault, LOTS of traffic noise, at least in our street facing room. Like it was in our room, including airport noise. There is no way to dim or turn off the balcony or hall lights. Soooo, I had an eye mask and bought ear plugs and problem solved. Breakfast omelets were great but could use some jazzing up for those who stay more than 1 night. Maybe fresh cut up fruit or waffles? But it was not a deal breaker! Overall, we would totally recommend and even our friends who didn’t stay there were sad they didn’t once they saw our room!

Wonderful property for those who appreciate a well maintained and decorated historic home. Parking is great, Free and they have an overflow lot next door so always had a spot during our stay. Very friendly staff. Street is busy and you can hear cars passing so if you want a completely quiet location this might be a concern to some but we didn’t mind a bit! Highly recommend!

Great stay at La Pensione Inn

We had an amazing stay at La Pensione Inn. The rooms were clean, comfortable and amazingly well decorated. For an old house it didn’t even have a squeaky floor board. The bathroom was also spotless. The pool and breakfast were also enjoyable.
