Needs some major repairs

Keypad locking front door couldnt get in with code. Had to call a few numbers at 11pm to be able to enter. Wasnt able to enter until after midnight. Alarm system is faulty and felt unsafe leaving the house. Light bulbs were half burned out with missing lamp covers. Hot tub outside wouldnt heat up. The water got cold after 1 shower. Mold in the corners in bathrooms. Hair in the showers. Door handles were broken and got locked out of the bathroom. The locks on windows were broken. The door locks to the house didnt work could just push the door open. The lower level entry door had been tampered with what looks like bear scratching at it. Brought a cargo hitch carrier that i had to empty and drop at the end of the driveway. The driveway was too steep it scraped going up.
