Great location and accommodations

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and quiet. The location was also ideal. A couple of items that need to be addressed: Refrigerator doors don’t open all the way due to location against the wall. Also, the oven door does not open without pulling out a drawer. In the main bathroom, the shower door needs adjusted as the two pieces of glass are binding. Otherwise, everything else was top notch.

Great Location and Clean

Property was as advertised, clean and well stocked. Very comfortable for a family of 5. Only feedback is that the TV’s and cable service are very dated, internet was sluggish at times and the two sinks in the master bedroom do not drain at all. Overall, it was a great condo and I would recommend for a weekend trip to Gatlinburg.

Nice location/property

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very quiet and it was a 6 to 7 minute walk to the Gatlinburg strip. The property was clean. The bed was too soft and caused my husbands back to hurt. We had trouble with the television and we called the 24 hr line and our problem was solved after a download was required. Overall I would say we had a great stay.

Get Away for The Holidays

Love Gatlinburg and the holiday spirit it brings. Great home with everything you need. Comfortable furniture and beds a great way to end the day and gear up for the next. Easy check-in/checkout, clean, comfortable, and great location. Walk to everything. This is our second time staying here and will continue to as long as it’s available.

Centrally located, nice furnishings

Overall stay was very nice. Clean, not many dishes, close to town w/a small incline. Lighted, covered parking was very nice. Safe neighborhood. Our biggest issue was, out of 3 TV’s, none of the remotes controlled the TV’s. Had to use the buttons on back of tv. We tried contacting someone, anyone to report and all we were able to contact was an AI/BOT!! THAT was frustrating. Overall the stay was very nice.

Home away from home

In general it was a wonderful experience. A few things needed attention in the unit. The master bathroom had some issues. The toilet didn't flush well all the time, the sink drain on the right was slow to drain and the faucet on the left sink was very loose. The ice dispenser in the refrigerator had some issues. The photos of the unit were a little deceiving. They made the unit look larger than it was and they showed a brook off our patio. It was not there. We faced the street instead.

Gorgeous Cabin Retreat

Absolutely beautiful and clean property. The pictures do not do this property justice. The property was spacious and comfortable. Very short walk to the downtown strip, but far enough to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee on the balcony. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends.

Awesome stay and all the amenities were great. Condo was clean and safe. Rooms and beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean and the grounds were pretty. Towels were provided by the pool. Felt very safe leaving the kids in for a night while adults went out because of security measures.
