Nicest thing I can say is overpriced. Everything went downhill after that. Only exception is the waffles were great checked in no bulbs and lights. Two people two.flimsy towels. Room not made up for a second day excuses for everything. disappointing for the price.

We have never had problems with the staff and we are very disappointed in the staff. We think that it had to do with our friend staying with us and she was sick. We couldn’t help that she was sick and we had nowhere else to stay but when she left the staff could have been a lot nice to me knowing that I was homeless and by myself and with a service dog. They should never had banned me for my friends stupidity.
