Welcome to Seahorse #207! This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom second-floor condo is your perfect beach retreat, complete with comfy furnishings and a well-stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The Seahorse complex is currently under construction for Stucco and painting of the building. The work is scheduled to be complete by end of May 2025, weather permitting. Pricing reflects this, and no extra discounts apply. We apologize for the inconvenience.

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

Room was not ready

Condo smelled like smoke, was not ready when we got there. AC apparently was broken. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after the 1st one. Will never use Padre Escapes again to book a condo.
