Room was clean, bathroom fixtures hanging loose. Too many people living there and got up around 6 AM, talking loud, car alarms going off, shinning headlights in our room. Some of the maintenance people looked a little sketchy, one got a beer at 8:30 one morning from the lobby cooler and went out front with a couple of others working there, made it look like homeless people hanging out. Sadly, this place has gone down in the last year.

I had a good overall experience at Ocean’s Edge. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was polite and professional, and breakfast had good options each morning. I did leave after two nights instead of my planned three, but that was more about my own situation and not the hotel’s fault. The main issue for me was noise from the parking lot that continued past 11pm, along with fairly thin walls, so outside sounds carried more than I expected. Overall, I appreciated the friendly service and quality of the room, and with a box fan or earplugs, this would be a very comfortable place to stay.
