Nice breeze on 2nd and 3rd floor decks. Nice to sit out and watch sunrise or sunset. My granddaughters loved seeing the glow-in-the-dark kites on the beach at night.

Our time here at this beach house was amazing! The house is very comfortable and makes you feel at home. The game room was an added bonus for the times not spent at the beach. Great views from the top floor patios out to the beach. Game room is an added bonus for fun times off the sand. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!!

The view of Port Aransas Beach from the property was beautiful! We saw clear skies with plenty of sun and a full moon at night with coyotes howling in the dunes beside us during my birthday vacation. My family and friends had a wonderful time as well. The neighborhood is so quiet at night, relaxing, and clean. We will definitely return. The beach house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The elevator came in handy a lot! Such a beautiful property.

Excellent island getaway spot!

The house was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with amazing ocean views, perfect for a large family. The beds were a little firmer than what we were used to, but still very comfortable. The house is for sale and the realtor tried to show it while we were there, but I contacted the host immediately and they acted very quickly to ensure that it wouldn’t happen again during our stay. Excellent customer service!

Beautiful and well-equipped

We cooked an entire Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen(s). I brought several kitchen items from home just in case, but honestly we could have left them at home and been just fine! The elevator was great for our older family members with mobility issues. The bathrooms were well-stocked and the beds were pretty comfortable. Decor is beachy and cozy. All the “younger crowd” enjoyed the game room.

Great place

Great place to stay for a group. Thank goodness for the elevator because the kitchen and living are on 3rd floor which we didn't see in the listing. Beds were comfortable and had many bath towels available. Downside: carpets need to be replaced as they are worn and stained. Other than that it was great!

Perfect Stay

This house had everything we needed and more! It was our first family vacation with grown kids & grandkids. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy, yet still remained cozy enough when we all came together. The house is pretty updated and has everything you need to make it a very welcoming stay. The elevator was a huge help for moving large/heavy items and for our elderly folks. The first floor apartment was a really nice addition and we actually managed to use both kitchens in this place. We didn’t get a chance to use the game room much, but it had some really cool things. This house offers amazing unobstructed views of the beach, especially from the third floor balcony…just breathtaking! Definitely saving this property as one of our favorites for future trips!!

Wonderful Port Aransas beach visit

Everything was as stated in the description - plenty of space for our small family reunion - 6 adults staying at the house with 3 visitors for meals. Comfortable beds, great view, plenty of bathrooms, well stocked kitchen (we ate most meals at the house). We enjoyed the game room, and the golf cart was great for visiting the beach - we did not need to get a parking pass for our rental car. Things that might be helpful for planning: there are no spices provided, so bring your own if you will be cooking; the dining table only seats 4 (although there is a larger picnic table outside near the grill); and no beach equipment is provided (chairs, etc) - there is a small bucket of children's beach toys. Management was very responsive to our questions.

The experience was amazing and look forward to doing it again!! The place was amazing! One down fall was that the garbage cans outside were already half way full when we arrived so it was hard to out our trash in the at the end of our stay.
