Very clean .. hard taking stuff up to second floor .. then bedrooms are on 3rd floor .. so a lot of stairs lol .. and no washer & dryer .. you have go to Washateria room .. which would be fine if washers and dryers weren’t old and rusty :/ .. but location great and pool great ..

A little less than expected.

The condo was good. It could use some updating and some TLC. Low water supply in master bathroom sink. It was a bit smaller than expected, but it served the purpose. The beds were very comfortable. The location was good and we really enjoyed that the beach was so close. Disappointed that the drink machine by the pool did not work.

This property was right on the beach. The room was great and very comfortable. The pictures make it hard to see but the best beach was feet from our room. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Corpus Christi.

Honesty time....

This property needs some serious updating. The bathrooms were the worst. I wish I could put pictures on here to show. The faucets were so old and molded inside. It was gross. The bottom of the tubs were so old and discolored. The closets walls were filthy. There was a huge wad of gum stuck to the back of one of the curtains heading out to the balcony. Just gross The location was nice for the beach. Staff was very friendly. But does not make up for the unit.
