Quick transportation from the airport included. Good restaurant options within an easy 10 min walk including a 100% gluten free Bibibop Asian Grill. Unfortunately the walk along a 4 lane road and I under a highway overpass was not a safe walk and needed an Uber

I did not like that this is an airport hotel with airport shuttle but it does not serve the early flights and late flights. We choose to stay at airport hotels when our flights depart early. 6 am/7am or arrive after 10. Hyatt place will not work for us in future. Don’t care about missing breakfast although Hampton Inn will provide grab & go which is nice. So no more Hyatt place and airport combos for us. The hire was comfy though.

There was a spill on the carpet of my room that wasn’t cleaned up prior to my arrival. Garbage left in the hallway overnight. Would not recommend to anyone.

The elevator had a slightly expired certificate but there was a sign saying it had been inspected recently. Our stay was amazing though! Very convenient for our concert and a clean hotel.

I have reached out to the manager and still no call back i reached out at 9 this morning and it’s almost 3 pm so i reached back out they said she had them stepped out to be looking for a call by 5 pm this is a serious matter she should have contacted me asap
