Absolute great location if there’s an event at Allstate! Greeted by staff immediately. TV did not work initially but was fixed right away, however, the specific room’s google chromecast was not functional :( Otherwise, loved the pool area, spacious. Free continental breakfast was basic, but just what was needed.

Room was quite spacious. It even included a lovely couch for sitting. Two downs were the temperature in the lobby common areas. It was freezing and you needed to wear a coat. We also tried to have dinner but all the options on the menu that we could eat were not available. Had good appetizers but had to go elsewhere for dinner which meant going out in the cold. Not ideal after a long day of traveling.
