The property is okay. It is good for the location which is great. It isn't fancy, it is adequate. The beds are hard and the rooms are slightly outdated and older. They have two small elevators for a fairly large hotel so if you are on an upper floor, you spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator. We stay there every year because of the location.
Great property that’s has something for everyone

Would not stay here again. The property has 2 elevators and one was out of order my entire stay of 3 nights. Completely inconvenient as I had to take the stairs all way to my room on 6th floor with a 2.5 yr more times than I took the elevator. Also the elevator and the first section of the hallway on 6th floor smelled like septic which wasnt too pleasing. Not sure what that was about. The room was clean though and location was good or bad depending on what you value. Property is right next to the beginning of the boardwalk but because of that it's a bit noisy. Also no central air though so the air circulation wasn't that great in my oceanfront room where the beds are sort of separate from the main living area where the wall unit is. We had mattress toppers on our beds already( I think memory foam) which to me were rock hard. I hated them but my wife loved them. Also parking is very difficult at this property.
Well maintained pool, very clean and quiet, and aside from a strange smell in elevator #1, the place was great!
The hotel was right on the boardwalk. There was a lot of space for our kids and also had a view of the ocean to keep them excited about our trip.
From the dried blood in the bathroom, the previous guest’s dirty socks on the floor, old food in the sink, and the moldy smell in the room, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. This was especially concerning with the current COVID risks. In addition to that, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive at times when we raised concerns. This was further shown by the fact that they did nothing to compensate us for the many inconveniences and issues. They didn’t offer, and also didn’t give anything when I asked if there was anything they could do to compensate us for the issues we encountered. Beyond the many issues that we had during our stay, there were general things that made this a challenging place to stay. They strangely use untucked flat sheets, rather them fitted sheets on the bed. So you wake up most mornings laying on the scratchy mattress protector rather than the sheets. The elevators are so slow that we had to wait 5-10 minutes for an open elevator, and waited 20-30 minutes during the high-traffic checkout time. The parking garage is a nice feature, but unfortunately multiple guests had to navigate and exit the parking garage backwards after finding it to be full. There was no forward flow of traffic and very little space to turn around a larger vehicle. The great proximity to the beach is quickly ruined by the poor quality of this hotel. It’s not worth the hassle.
The hotel is on the beach which was nice and they had bike rentals right across the street. The room was big,but wish we had a stove. The staff was very nice and did a great job dealing with the Covid outbreak.
Oceanfront property. Immediate access to beginning of boardwalk. Has a pool which is a nice feature. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Checks all the boxes.
Very pleasant surprise, nice facility, great view and within walking distance to attractions.
Excellent oceanfront room. Very clean. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and courteous.
Perfect hotel for a weekend getaway! Staff was friendly and hotel rooms were clean. Wonderful view of the shore from our room. Pricing was also reasonable.
