It was good for our nights stay. Hot tub was nice. Pool is cold.
Pool was closed and that was part of why we rented from this hotel. Room was dingy and outdated.
This Comfort Inn is clean and perfectly fine to stay at. However, the building and amenities are getting very old and they are using some kind of disinfectant that has a very strong odor. It really needs a face lift.
My family stayed for 2 nights. Rooms and bathroom are mediocre. They had a good selection for breakfast. My room was not cleaned which was disappointing. The hot tub is pool temperature so also disappointing. Would not recommend.

It seemed more like a section 8 housing for many staying there. Our room keys kept having to be reset, finally they moved our room... we won’t be returning unfortunately to this location
Very disappointing. It is a two star hotel at four star prices. I would not stay here again. the staff is very nice
Relatively clean. However, it's obvious it's an older hotel in need of some repairs. There was wallpaper pulling away from the wall in the hallway. The furniture was clearly well used. But the beds were clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were quite friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was decent.

Bed was very comfortable,, Nice bathroom and fridge and microwave in room,, The pool, hot tub and sauna area was crazy with kid's running around like a play ground,, seen one kid spitting pool water back into the pool,,,, They need to post a sign or tell the parent's to keep there kid's in line,,, And a few of the kid's were unsupervised by an adult,, Trying to sit in the hot tub to relax and haveing a bunch of bratty kid's jumping around and splashing water everywhere dont make a fun weekend,,,
Stayed here on business trip to central Massachusetts. Had low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were pleasant and clean. Great complimentary breakfast.
I was visiting a place near by and choose this hotel to sleep for one night. It fulfilled my expectations regarding a comfortable room and bathroom. It is not far from a nice shopping where one can find places to eat and shop. The complimentary breakfast also helps to speed up departure.
The hotel staff was WONDERFUL. The woman who checked us in at around 6pm on Saturday 5/15/10 night was SO friendly and explained everything. We got to our room and it was very neat and updated. The beds were VERY comfortable. Everything worked (Tv, fridge,microwave, etc..). There are only two things I need to complain about. One is the bathroom tub, if it was cleaned, it was not done very well we had to buy discinfectant wipes and clean it ourselves (nasty hair from others) and the only other thing was if you went to the first floor it looked like people were living there as there permanent residence. Loud music, people hanging out everywere, the pool area looked like people were camping there and were partying there so my 10 year old son did not feel comfortable going swimming which is something he looked forward to. It was a decent hotel and if I had to stay there again I would I would just pack cleaning wipes.
We were in Springfield for our granddaughters hockey tournament so the hotel was very convienent, right across the street from the arena. The staff was friendly and efficient and helpful in locating local restaurants...The room was average and the bathroom door had graffiti over it..but the room was clean and suited our needs...
