It was ok.
Dirty. Door was hard to open. Bed had crumbs on it stains on top blanket.
Severe water damage in the room. Water was brown. Very unsanitary. And nothing to tell you that water was bad.

The room was clean and ok, but the water in the place was terrible. It was a brown color (looked like the toilet had been use) and had an odor. When I asked about it, the attendant said that all the water in Monroe was like that. We only wanted a room for the night and a shower. We were not willing to shower there.
Ceiling popcorn was falling all over, the room was moldy and for being s non smoking room, it stunk.
Room wasn’t clean the tub was filthy I scrub a layer of dirt off , water weird yellow color and the curling shedded it’s sheet rock everywhere
The setup of the room;toilet was not working as it should
and on board with making sure things were done right. Her good mannerisms were highly appreciated during my stay. I will stay again
The managment and staff were very friendly and the owner's were there at the time we checked in and made us feel very welcome there and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our room.. The house keeping staff was awesome and the rooms were exceptionally clean. I will be staying at the West Monroe Motel 6 from now on for my extended stays in Monroe,La and highly recommend this property to anyone who is traveling through or working in Monroe..
I absolutely enjoyed the management in this hotel. She was courteous and on top of her game. I enjoyed how quickly she took care of an issue I had, thank you again Michelle
It was dirty. Staff wasn't helpful and didn't care about our needs. There was people outside our room that were drunk and drinking and very loud. Bed, walls, towels had stains.
