Proximity to other places was convenient. No issues with parking lot.

Comfortable bed. I’ve stayed here several time before.

I was very disappointed, first time staying and I had to call three times to get clean towels. The room wasn’t clean well. And I was more upset and disappointed when we went eat to one of there restaurants and due to COVID-19 there were no self serve buffet there were one of the employees which I ask the waitress who he was and she said the Head Chef I ask her why doesn’t he have gloves handling plates and serving food. All the other employees have gloves, he’s no different I wanted to speak to the one over him, Few minutes later someone spoke to him and he put gloves on.I work at a casino and no all about the policies. They definitely need to do better.

I really liked our room. It was large and very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub and separate shower were great for us when we were dressing after swimming. We had teenage children who enjoyed the arcade as well.

The indoor pool and buffet is A+. When they say check-in at 4PM, they mean it. Not a minute early. Got there at 2 and waited in the lobby with a 6 year old and 2 month old till 4PM. Then our room carpet had a sticky feel all over. Had to wear shoes the whole time. Really have to think before I go back to STAY. Might just be a spending the day type.

Room very noisy. Water continuously dripped from bathtub faucet, sink drained extremely slow and toilet did not flush unless you took back off and pulled up on inside handle. Rip off for the money we paid

The only thing i can complain about was the lack of wifi or cell phone reception. I was there with my 2 young boys. My husband was away at work. We barely got to speak with him as he mostly speaks with us through wifi. I think if we pay as much money as we do, the wifi should at least be working properly. Also the phone service was clear to none. I had to walk outside to make a phone call. Who wants to do that on vacation?
