Hotel staff were super nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

Everyone and everything was very nice. However, we had come back around 1am from gambling and there was no parking. The front desk staff okayed me to park in the drive up area near the curve. Fortunately, this did not seem to be an issue for anyone making there way through the pull through.

Nice hotel centrally located, clean and pleasant staff and close to everything.

It was a nice hotel for the area. I will probably be staying here next time I am in Alexandria. Staff were very helpful!

The only thing I think they could improve on would be to have someone at the front desk most of the time. Every time I went to the front desk, no one was there & there wasn't a bell or anything so u either had to wait for someone or yell for someone to come out of the back room...

The meals were excellent and the staff was very friendly. The exercise room was nice as well.

The hotel staff member greeted us after our long journey from Texas with a smile and fast service. The room was quiet and clean every day. The staff that served me my oatmeal on the last morning was extremely helpful and friendly. We will stay there next visit for sure.

I read a few reviews and was hesitant to stay in this hotel. However, it was a convenient location for my business meeting. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The staff all were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room was clean and comfortable. I was traveling alone and I felt safe. I made a good choice.

My one night stay was just okay. For the price I expected better. The bed was not that comfortable. Light bulbs were burnt out. Shower curtain was too short. Storage in the bathroom was awkward and did not fit (seemed like an after thought). TV could not be seen completely from the bed. Plastic wrappers were on the floor when I arrived. Restaurant was pricey! (IHOP is a quarter of a mile away.)

The hotel was very nice, very clean and staff was unbelievably kind and helpful. I would certainly stay there again. My only complaint is that my room was right behind the cafe and across from housekeeping and it was way too loud at 5am. I would expect a better location for $200+/night.

EXCELLENT ROOM - STAFF VERY HELPFUL - COULD NOT REGULATE HEAT AND NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST - OTHER WISE A VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY.
