I am writing this after only being here for 5 days. I will be here for about 3 month. I felt necessary to review this property now. I am very pleased so far with my stay. I am here on business and should be her for over three months. So far I am very pleased with everything about this property. The people are very nice and helpful. The rooms are wonderful. I am in a suite and find it to be excellent in every way so far.
Very friendly staff. Rooms smell delicious and there is a kitchen in the room.. not just a microwave. Laundry is free and the gym is pretty impressive compared with other hotels. I'm a flight attendant, so I have been around in a few hotels.
Very good place to stay if you are spending more than the night. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff is very welcoming and cordial. Highly recommended. It does have cooking facilities in the room. I would use my own paper plates etc. Does not have a hot breakfast. They do offer microwave meals and so forth for sale.
The hotel is located in an easy to find spot, is exceptionally clean well cared for. The room was spotless, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There is a Bar-B-Q area next to the main building which is clean and very useful as well as a putting green for those so inclined.
Very decent suits, spacious and with a nice kitchen. Bathroom is average. In-room wifi is complementary. Friendly staff makes the stay more pleasant. There's a common bbq, and a putting range just next to the hotel.
The staff was friendly and the room was clean but very noisy. This is probably a good place for working crew type people on short term assignments. We were next to the door that led to an outside barbecue area (which is a nice idea since the rooms have a small kitchen) but the night we stayed there several of the the other guests had a "party" there and left a huge mess, they even left the gas to one of the grills on all night, I turned it off the next morning when I took my small dog out. The notice was from the partiers going back and forth to their rooms for more "supplies". Fortunately the notice stopped right at midnight so we able to sleep after that. I would contacted management if it had continued past that hour.
Very clean, modern, and they literally provide everything you may think of. I just moved here and I packed some extra stuff for the kitchen, but did not need it. :) Full fridge. Plenty of closet and drawer space. They provide housekeeping once a week. Staff is friendly and courteous.
10 minutes from the airport. The outside is very plain, but the rooms are pretty nice. livingroon area with couch and chair, a desk in a large kitchen with stove, microwave, sink and full sized fridge. Dishes, silverware, pots and pans provided. Free laundrymat and gym. No daily maid service, which suits me fine. Located next to the Holiday Inn. Rate was within gov't per diem rate. I am a Marriott Gold Member, but the Courtyard was too expensive and wasn't available, which is odd since this place is nicer and closer to the airport. Located next to the #1 Cajun Landing Restaurant (walking distance) and Lounge. WiFi works very well.
Driving through and vehicle partner was driving broke down. Ended up spending two nights there. Erica was the one that checked us in and she was absolutely awesome. The hotel is beautiful and all the staff was out of this world. Definitely will stay there again and definitely will recommend this hotel.
I enjoyed the week I stayed here and the room was updated and nice. There was fresh coffee in the lobby and the front desk gentleman in the morning was very nice. Bed ' s are comfortable and the AC worked well. They also give you a large bar of soap. It was good quality compared to what some chains provide. Towels where thick and awesome! Here are my opportunity comments: There was no wine glass in the room. I'm not above a coffee cup to sip my wine in, but for an extended stay a wine glass in the room or at least available at the front desk would have been nice. The lady at night wasn't the nicest. She wasn't rude but it was me who had to say thank you, how are you, etc....you know just lacking the basic common mannors. She was pregnant so maybe I caught her on a bad night. She did help me procure a wine tool in the "borrow me" lock boxes. My fridge leaked too but nothing a towel didn't fix. My biggest issue though was the parking!!!!! I get that it is an extended stay but the number of AT&T box trailers, their big AT&T trucks taking multiple parking spaces and other vehicles made me have to park in the Holiday Inn next door when coming in at night. I come back to my room after 10pm each night due to work and the safety factor is concerning as a female. Funny thing is that the following morning there were a few box trailers still there taking up space. How about move them on the side entrance street or the closed fast food joint in front of the hotel. I will give this hotel another chance but if I have issues with parking again I will choose the Marriott Courtyard or Parc England Hotel!
