It was good overall just the pool was disgusting. Water was green.

Very nice staff especially the night attendant. Beds were comfortable. Great place to stay!

Because the one person working the desk at 10pm was having "computer difficulties" (I think user problems), it took 25 minutes for me to get checked in. The clock in the room was unplugged - I didn't bother trying to fix it - I just used my phone. The sheets were pilled - not smooth and nice to sleep on. The towels even though they were full body were small and rough. The shower head could have been cleaned in the last month and made for a nicer flow. But the A/C worked, the TV was nice, and as far as a place to put my head to get 8 hours of sleep before driving on - it was adequate.

The room was clean and the location suited our needs. Beds were comfortable never tried the breakfast. Would stay there again, good value.

The hotel check in was fast and efficient. The room lights were on and the air conditioner was running in the room when we arrived. The internet connection worked fine. The only improvement needs to be the breakfast. Toaster didn't work. Served things such as instant grits that needed cooking in a microwave, but there was no microwave. Waffle cooker didn't work well. Everything at the hotel was nice except for the breakfast.

The hotel was very quiet and the bed was comfortable, which is what I look for when traveling for business. The carpet in the room needs replacing but otherwise much cleaner than the hotel I stayed in on my last trip to the area. Only other complaint was the very small and limited breakfast selection the next morning.

The room was neat and clean, with a nice layout. The King bed was very comfortable, and the wireless internet had a strong signal and easy access, I have had night mares at other hotels with dropped internet service, not good for business. Over all the experience was very positive.

The air conditioner did not work properly. The iron was missing. One of the lamps was missing the light bulb. The alarm clock did not work.

Generally a very nice property. Staff could use some lessons in customer service. Not very welcoming or friendly. Elevator (the only one) is a slow hydraulic elevator. Suite was not two rooms, but one big room with a sofa bed and a king size bed. Indoor pool is a nice family amenity in Louisiana. Commode has a pressure flush which makes one fear for being sucked into the sewer system if he stands too close. Hotel is convenient to the Pineville Expressway, with good access to Alexandria and Pineville business districts, and I-49.

Sleep Inn & Suites, PINEVILLE, LA is a great place to stay. I had no complaints regarding the rooms, bedding, environment, etc. It is several blocks from a Lake and motor cade for entertainment. Multiple restaurants and shopping in the immediate area.
