Sam's Town Hotel and Casino

We have stayed here a number of times for 1 night while traveling. I love the service, the location, great views of the city and river. Our room has always been clean and comfortable. Could use some updating but not really a complaint for the great value.

Overall we had a decent time here, but check-in was delayed since the day staff forgot to enter our reservation into the system. The hotel itself is decent, but the "casino" seemed a bit small and cramped and a bit lowbrow, in my opinion. Also, they had security guards patrolling to make sure people were gaming and not casually chatting or doing other stuff at the slots. Yeah, I know a point of a casino is to gamble and either win or lose, but when it becomes a high-pressure sales-type environment, then it's not as fun. I found the casino at Eldorado to be bigger and classier, so personally I had more fun there. Overall this place was alright, but if it was between the Eldorado and Sam's and they were both about the same price, I'd lean towards staying at Eldorado.

We stayed T the hotel for the weekend and we had a very nice stay. The room was great and clean and very comfortable for us. We will definitely stay there again.

Everything was a great experience. Staff was awesome nice rooms and service . Loved the view from room window. Awesome casino for my first time . Free drinks. Restaurant in casino are great. Will return soon

2nd time here, love all the staff. Super friendly and always willing to help. Plan on going back next year.

Always such friendly staff. Never had a bad experience. The staff and cleanliness are what bring me back every time.

Great Restaurants, had a really good time. Hotel room was really clean and spacious, Lobby bar was great could order really good food.

The room was absolutely fabulous. The restaurants not so much, scale of 1 to 10 about a two. They did have food but none of it was appetizing.

Staff was friendly, food was decent and rooms were nice

We thought we had made a mistake booking this hotel as we came in a 1-ton truck with a trailer just to learn that there is no bus or rv parking but we stopped and asked the valet and he told us that we could park in an area that is closed off. He opened it for us and was really nice about the whole situation. We did not have a long wait to check in to our room. The room was beautiful and clean. The only problem we had was that the air in our room did not adjust so it was a little warmer than we liked it but not uncomfortably so. We ate at the BBQ restaurant onsite and it was really really good. We went to the casino and it is fairly small but the staff was super friendly and we had fun. We broke even so it was a good night. Then back to the room to sleep. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were fluffy. I like the fact that the toilet is in a separate little room from the bathtub and vanity. It was a really relaxing stay and we would stay there again.

Beed was fine, clean enough. But try to relax at night. The television channel selection was horrible. So I figured I'd watch something on Netflix or check out YouTube. No was the internet was so slow all I got was a choppy signal. No way could I have watched anything. If Sam's town intentions is to drive people out of their room and down stairs to gamble. Then they might be on to something.

It was a nice room. Loved having to have a key for elevator. Room was comfy.

Reasonable rates, great staff, super great seafood buffet. Casino is small & could use ebook better ventilation system way too smokey, they need more waitresses. Over all great time to be had.

Wonderful 2 day excursion that my husband and I needed!

hotel was very nice but if you want to stay for gambling don't use this one

casino about outdated if it was only as nice as the hotel

The hotel was good and the food options were very nice. We went to the casino but it was old, dirty and smoky :(

Good hotel in convenient location. Room service was delicious.

we visit here about once a month never had a bad expierience

Hotel was nice and clean. When we arrived to check in we were informed that we were upgraded to a concierge suite for no extra charge!
