My room was clean, however the television did not work and the light directly above the bed would not turn off! Ended up calling the front desk. They sent maintenance to fix the tv however the lighting issue could not be resolved! We were directed to unscrew the light bulb! I was annoyed nothing more was done to accommodate me on my stay.
