We thought we had made a mistake booking this hotel as we came in a 1-ton truck with a trailer just to learn that there is no bus or rv parking but we stopped and asked the valet and he told us that we could park in an area that is closed off. He opened it for us and was really nice about the whole situation. We did not have a long wait to check in to our room. The room was beautiful and clean. The only problem we had was that the air in our room did not adjust so it was a little warmer than we liked it but not uncomfortably so. We ate at the BBQ restaurant onsite and it was really really good. We went to the casino and it is fairly small but the staff was super friendly and we had fun. We broke even so it was a good night. Then back to the room to sleep. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were fluffy. I like the fact that the toilet is in a separate little room from the bathtub and vanity. It was a really relaxing stay and we would stay there again.

Beed was fine, clean enough. But try to relax at night. The television channel selection was horrible. So I figured I'd watch something on Netflix or check out YouTube. No was the internet was so slow all I got was a choppy signal. No way could I have watched anything. If Sam's town intentions is to drive people out of their room and down stairs to gamble. Then they might be on to something.

It was a nice room. Loved having to have a key for elevator. Room was comfy.

Reasonable rates, great staff, super great seafood buffet. Casino is small & could use ebook better ventilation system way too smokey, they need more waitresses. Over all great time to be had.

Wonderful 2 day excursion that my husband and I needed!

hotel was very nice but if you want to stay for gambling don't use this one

casino about outdated if it was only as nice as the hotel

The hotel was good and the food options were very nice. We went to the casino but it was old, dirty and smoky :(

Good hotel in convenient location. Room service was delicious.

we visit here about once a month never had a bad expierience

Hotel was nice and clean. When we arrived to check in we were informed that we were upgraded to a concierge suite for no extra charge!

We stayed in two rooms for three nights. One of the rooms was never cleaned dispite notifying the staff several times. The other room was not finsihed once(beds were not made). As a party of seven we were seated at smoked joes but no one took our order. We asked twice and left after 35 minutes. The place was not 1/4 full.

The rooms are large, nicely appointed and very well kept. This is an older property, but it has a nice southern charm and offers free parking and WiFi. The casino on the first floor is quaint, and not much more. Margaritaville across the river and El Dorado offer better gaming experiences (much larger and more tables/machines). My only gripes are with the WiFi (not very fast) and the infernal elevators. You have to stick your room key in to get to your floor; this is a nice safety feature but the execution isn't very good. The keys don't always work.

Great hotel, staff was accommodating when we needed a roll away bed for our friend in a king bedroom suite.

Beautiful room with great views. Loved the room service options and kindness of the staff.

At first hlance tge reom seemed clean but when I layed fown in the bath tub I could see that tge shower walls had not been wiped down in forever. There is nasty dirt all around the room. The people cleaning these rooms (its not my first stay) are obviously not ex military. I am so J guess I see dirt others dont see. Dirty grout around the toilet. Goo under tge soad dish, sticky spots in the carpet. Bed sheets that come untucked as soon as you pull the blankets down to get into the bed and curly black hairs in the bath towels. Id stay there again because its pretty cheap.

Hair dryer my functioning - called front desk said they would send someone - 20 min no one - went to front desk was told they don't have hand held dryers but someone would've be up in 5 min to check wall dryer - 20 min later no one - went to check out told them - no response other than Sorry

Very spacious rooms with great bathrooms. The hotel was quiet and the staff was very nice. Will definitely stay here next time!

Wonderful experience! Cant wait to go back! Everything was perfect!

Staff was nice, the room had a roach problem. The bands were good, enjoyed sitting at the bar and relaxing. Late night food was pretty good.
