Great stay... great hotel... great weekend ! Highly recommend and will be back in the future
Hotel hall smelt like French fries. Interior decor looked old and dated. Stock of bath products was empty leaving me with no body wash or lotion. Generator went out and staff lied about the duration of the outage.
Clean room and great view. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Our room during our four day stay was never cleaned. The water stopper for the sink was broken. I had to constantly pry it open with tweezers. Movie Chanel did not work. Hair was on bath room floor. Walls were paper thin. Did not get any rest at night.
Buffet service sucked one night. We couldn’t get our food fast enough or even get out drinks refilled
I love the L’Auberge and I should have expected something different during the co-vid. But we stayed three days and nights and no one cleaned our room or checked on our room during our stay. On the last day we ran out of toilet paper and had to call downstairs and the trash didn’t get taken out. I understand there is a virus but looks like someone could call and check to see if you need anything. Each morning and maybe leave it outside the door. But it was wonderful stay, just a little different.

I liked the convenience of being able to walk to the Casino next door. The pool was great! But you had to pay $20 per drink outside. I did not like that they charged my room twice and it took a week to get my money refunded. I put 4 stars because I’m a business owner myself. But overall I did NOT like the hotel.
Loved the pool area and the lazy river. The jack Daniels restaurant was great too.
Pool was fun and had a lot of lifeguards which is good when you have kids but the room was dirty, restroom look like the casino was a 100 yers old.
