My room was dirty smelly and dingy and on first floor in a corner next to indoor pool where the carpet was exceptionally filthy. Never stayed at a Wyndham with these accommodations. Being a Wyndham rewards member did not make a difference when assigning the room. Will never stay here ever again.

There was no hair dryer in the room. No phone or contact number for the desk in the room. When called on my cell it took well over 20 minutes to bring up a hair dryer, after a shower and a 2nd call. The worker wanted to install it rather than just provide it to use. Bathroom shower head was nasty.

Disaster

This hotel needs to be demolished, I’ve seen some bad rooms at hotels but this was the one that will never be topped!! From the moment you walk in and the smell of mold slaps you in the face, the person that’s not even trying to pretend to care talking on FaceTime… the room flooded from the ceiling that as soon as the floor covered with water the painted over mold said hello. Went back to see if the front desk person was finished her call, she wasn’t at least six staying on the second floor was in the lobby with the same problem, I had it the worst… leak must have started on my end first and made its way down. Hotel never asked if they can make it right, I wouldn’t have stayed the smell kicked into high once the painted over mold got wet. Of course I sent the hotel an email with all this and they did reach out with: I hope that you will give us another chance to prove ourselves and show you why we take great pride in the service we provide to all our guests, every day. Please join us again soon! There is about 6 different hotels in the same block of this hole, book elsewhere

Housekeeping needs an upgrade

Solo trip - one night prior to airport in morning. Carpets dirty, no air on in the room on arrival, tub faucet leaks, rust stains in tub, light bulb out in bathroom, prior guest left a hair product in bath, etc. Housekeeping needs upgrade. Bed is comfy and towels were clean. Hotel is under going reno but this floor is not there yet.

Bathroom door did not shut all the way. Shower tile was nasty with bad calcium build up. Tv sound on high volume cant even hear it with AC running. Front desk attendant had her child at work, very unprofessional.

Shower was lacking water pressure and did not get very hot. Noisy due to construction in progress on the property that was not disclosed at the time of reserving our stay so that was upsetting. Older building so much of the hotel room was not in good condition and there was an almost unbearable odor. Bed was fairly comfortable for the 2 nights I guess. Definitely 2 star at most

The construction of this property was substandard. Room 226 had mold in the grout to the granite around the tub. Ceramic tub was already rusting around the overflow drain. Lightbulb burned out in entry had to keep door open to bathroom to have enough light to make coffee! TV screen was filthy and no bath soap or Kleenex resupplied! Water around toilet when we first got there! Who ever cleaned that room needs to be fired. No one is checking rooms after staff cleans. Carpets in hallways were soiled and bleach stains in front of room doorways everywhere! Trash can was overflowing at front entry for the two nights I was there! Riverrock was overflowing the flowerbeds into parking lot creating a hazard for people walking to cars. Leaves and debris blown into lobby. Very evident there was no management anywhere to be seen. Will never choose the property ever again!
