My room was dirty smelly and dingy and on first floor in a corner next to indoor pool where the carpet was exceptionally filthy. Never stayed at a Wyndham with these accommodations. Being a Wyndham rewards member did not make a difference when assigning the room. Will never stay here ever again.

Terrible experience.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience left a lot to be desired. The room was clearly not cleaned properly — the carpets hadn’t been vacuumed, and the bathtub was still dirty from the previous guest. The bathroom was completely unstocked with basic toiletries, and the trash liners were just tossed on the side instead of placed in the cans. Overall, it felt like the room had been rushed through with little to no care. Definitely not the quality or cleanliness I expect from a hotel. I won’t be returning. My first time in Lake Charles and this was not what I expected out of an area with many guests visiting daily for casinos and other attractions.

Affordable

The hotel was really nice. Beds were super comfy. Check in and out wasn’t bad, nobody was rude but the lady barely speaks to you. The room was spacious. There were people that reeked of weed but you can’t help who stays there. It was nice and quiet. The only valid complaints I have is that the mini fridge didn’t work at all, and the room had zero trash cans.
