I did not get to stay. The first time I went to check in they told me they only had a smoking room even though I booked a nonsmoking room. They then called me while I was trying to enjoy my night out with friends to let me know they found me a nonsmoking room. Grant it I booked this room weeks ahead and my friend booked her's the day before and received her nonsmoking room. When we got our key cards and tried to open the door, the door would not unlock. We had to go back downstairs where I waited a good 30 min. with our friends waiting on us. First was told it was a battery issue with door. Then came out and told us the air wasn't working in the rooms and they had no more, but we could stay at the Residence Inn across the parking lot. NOT ACCEPTABLE! We ended up driving an hour back home and having to leave our friends. This was a Christmas present that had been planned weeks in advance.

The whole place looked runner down. Didn’t have our room ready when it was supposed to be. They said we didn’t have a room but when I showed them that I paid already and complained they found a room. Our friends that had paid was a room months ago didn’t have a room And ended up having to drive back home. Valet took forever. Black lady and older white man were very rude that worked the valet.
