The was no nightclub in the casino. The room never got cool enough for us. The pool was not opened because it was overcast. The sheets were too small and kept coming off and the ones they replaced them with had rips in them. The Buffett was horrible.

Beautiful property, I will definitely be back again.

Check-In/Check-Out was very smooth - staff was pleasant to talk to - we stayed 1 night & it was a nice experience. A couple of my desirable items were to add/acknowledge stay info on my total rewards card as I am a total rewards member - I'm not asking for any hand-out or special treatment - just some acknowledgement of my stay at the hotel on my total rewards card - I do visit this specific hotel casino quite a bit & that info should show up on my total rewards membership. Another item is the refund of the deposit - it's been 5 days & this is still pending - we paid cash for the resort fee while checking out - we understand that bank's processes are involved but that's true everywhere & it should not take 5 days. I really wish there was some confirmation from hotel that transaction reversal request has been sent to bank. Overall, we really like the entire hotel facade, the rooms & the staff - I definitely plan to stay there again!

Got there on a week night (Thursday). Nice size room. Would have enjoyed a microwave. Could not have afforded the room on a weekend - price was quite high on Fri/Sat.

From the moment a new guest enters this hotel at the front desk they are made to feel like they do not matter to the rude staff. The desk has segregated lines for triple platinum, double diamond, Executive and Peasants...just like AA Airlines Boarding. It doesn't stop there as the restaurants, casino teller et. all have the same segregated system. No one explains the system, yet yells at you if your in the wrong line. When asked why they have such a system the staff says "management (Ceasars) has cameras everywhere and they require us to use the new system. AVOID THIS HOTEL AND CASINO.

Had a great time. Only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't like the resort fee of $17 per day, not included in the price of your room and wifi was extra too if you used it in your room.

bell staff was very rude. gambling machines need to be updated. breakfast at Burgers 8 was great. room was clean. needed extra staff at check in.

Stayed one night with family. Everything was perfect. My son is not 21 yet but was able to hook up PS4 game system to TV in room and was perfectly happy with that.

The hotel is right off I-20, there are many nearby retail businesses and restaurants.

The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate and luxurious. We enjoyed the variety of reasonably priced restaurants.

Another great stay at Horseshoe. Good food, great staff, and I won a little money! Clean, well appointed rooms. Loved the huge tub in my room. The only place I want to stay in Shreveport!!

Great place to stay at. Only issue is it's ice cold the hallways and casino.

Definitely the BEST HOTEL IN AREA. Enjoyed every minute from the Valet to bell desk. Gambling and shopping everyday.

Very quite rooms! Unsurpassed comfort close too everything, check in was easy polite and knowledgeable helpful staffstaff! Had a wonderful visit we will stay again!

The charge that you are referring to is the Resort Fee which we have implemented starting January 13, 2015.
