This property was dirty as we walked in and thought, let’s give it a chance! NO! I had to ask for 2 different rooms because both smelled really bad (smoke, BO, mildew) and the room was filthy and finally cancelled my reservation and asked for a refund! It was apparent that they probably felt the same because they did not argue or decline the request for the refund! I had a concert to go to that night and planned to spend the night after instead of driving back the 3 hours but we left and will not be back! Please do not stay at this hotel!

It was super clean and very friendly staff. My only complaint was the lack of any type of vending for snacks . After 10 you're just out of luck for anything. Even the free drink

We stayed on a Wednesday night, not too many people, but the air consulting was turned down for a crowd. It was uncomfortably cold in the casino. Even made us have to go outside to warm up . Will probably go to a different casino next time

I wouldnt say it was a horrible experience but it was far from positive. The night shift front desk was extremely slow, everyone else on staff was very helpful. The room was clean however the parking garage and staircase was not, overflowing with trash and smelling of urine. There was no blanket in our room. Literally. I called to the front desk and they said that none were available, there was a shortage at the hotel.

The room was just nasty, the carpet felt so greasy and not clean at all. The Tub was not clean and splatters of god knows what on the wall. Snot and buggers on the shower wall. Reported all this to the front desk, and asked it to be cleaned, they did nothing. Only 2 pillows per bed. Sheets and pillows smelled like the had not been washed in months if ever. Woke up to toilet and tub making gurgling sound, and room and hall smelling of sewage. Ate a the Cafe and the burger was so salty it was not edible, frys also covered in salt. Casino was nice, but they pump so much air freshener/fragrance in there it gave me a headache from hell. I left and went outside I was fine, came back and within mins the headache came back. Just needs better vent

The carpet had so many bleach stains. The wood where the refrigerator is located is falling apart. The walls had stains on it. The only thing I like was the bathroom. Huge bathtub
