Hot water in bathroom sink basin and shower was way above 115 degrees. Came out flaming hot..no evidence of cold water from the cold tap side. Also, carpet in room had splits/separations. No bathmat for shower in bathroom.

We came up for our baby ring ceremony the front desk staff gave Excellent service. The hotel is old dirty it smells in the parking lot! Like Urine. And she took a bath the night before. I have MS,Lupus so I couldn't the next morning at 6:30am woke up to NO HOT H20. Still waiting on someone to get back to me!

We had fun

Great casino wonderful staff room was very nice. The food in the cafe needs serious improvement. The Red River Club Sandwich was poorly prepared and the soup of the day never arrived, the nice staff kept checking but it was always being heated down stairs and never arrived.
