The elevator was out from 11am to 10pm on my stay. I was informed on check in that it was being worked on and should be back up. My room was on the 8th floor so I had to use the stairs which physically wiped me out. I was not able to enjoy the stay. The stairs well was dark with no lite was very scared something bad would occur had to stay in room sad

Ms Shirley was very helpful when navigating in the casino. Jordan, one of the card dealers, was very informative and helpful when playing Blackjack. These two provided exceptional service and deserve to be recognized.

The room was very stained on the carpet Wallpaper was tearing off . Lots of hair all over the flooring in the room. The room kind of grossed me out . Too many of the machines were not working in the casino. The staff at the front grill restaurant were great. I do not understand what a resort fee tax is and a resort fee that I was charged then I was charged a Bossier tax and then a Shreveport tax. What is the resort fee for because the people who walk in off the street do not have to pay a resort fee.

May 30-31, 2026. This trip was especially important because it was my father's 82nd birthday and our first visit to Louisiana. I booked Room 1125 for my husband and me and Room 1111 for my parents. Upon entering our room, I found a cockroach in the shower. Later that evening, after returning from dinner and the casino, I noticed the room had not been properly cleaned. There was confetti throughout the room, debris and old tape attached to the ceiling, a banner near the curtains, and garbage under the bed. The most disturbing issue occurred when I turned on the bathroom light and multiple cockroaches scattered across the sink area. I attempted to call the front desk, but neither the room phone nor the bathroom phone worked. I immediately reported the issue downstairs and completed an incident report with security. The front desk employee did move us to another room and provided contact information for follow-up. Since then, I have left messages and spoken with several employees, including Kaylee and Ms. Simone. What has disappointed me most is that despite speaking with multiple staff members, not one person has contacted me with a follow-up or offered a sincere apology. When I specifically mentioned the lack of apology, it was not acknowledged. The only positive part of our stay was our waitress, Cara, at the café, who was professional and kind. The unsanitary conditions, non-working phones, and lack of accountability have left me extremely disappointed.

While the room itself was nice, I was disappointed by the lack of information about the area and how to get around. It would have been helpful to have a welcome guide or itinerary in the room with details about local attractions, transportation options, restaurants, and other useful information for guests. Having those resources readily available would have made the stay much more enjoyable and convenient.

Staff and Paradise Cafe wonderful. Our room did not have a working tv, faucet knob came off, dirty snd stained sheets, mildew on shower. Voiced my comments to staff and they understood. I plan to personally write to Bally staff in Rhode Island. Casino had a whole 3rd floor empty. I have gone to Bally casinos for over 50 yrs and won’t return until things change.

Room smelled like mold. Bed was uncomfortable. Furniture was falling apart. Wall paper was coming off the wall. The place just looked like there is a lack of up keep. Some of the staff were not helpful at all. The casino was nice. I probably won't go back.
