It was not a good experience and the staff did not care when I reported it.

Communication and customer service should be required when you provide a service. The front desk employees did not care about the customers, one of them kept blaming others. Wish I had known? When you walked in the foyer was in shambles with painters and their equipment everyone, we had to step over stuff and the front desk said nothing. No excuse our mess we are doing this or that? Nothing? It should have been communicated. Wish I had known? The hotel had no closet? Wish I had known? The guest next to my room played their TV so loud like it was a movie theater which I reported, the front desk called the room, no answer which I knew because I knocked on the door several times and no answer, and that was it. No note put on the door or under it, nothing? So we got no sleep the two nights we were there. Very disappointing and won't stay at any M6 again.

My sisters and I were in town for a birthday celebration. We checked into two rooms. The first one,203, sheets had stains and in the other room 206 there was no towels and the door was opened upon arrival. We went down stairs and asked for new sheet. The clerk on duty, proceed to ask me for my name and how many rooms did I book. I do understand that you see six women checking in and we are only asking about one room, but it wasn't even ten minutes since check in. The rooms were half cleaned. There was dust on the curtains. The smoke alarm was hanging off the ceiling by wires. They was very alarming. Everytime we left and came back, the same guy kept asking how many rooms did we book. They advertised breakfast but when I woke up the next day and saw there was none, I was upset. Never will I stay here again. Horrible

Had to book a hotel last minute for one night and most hotels in the area were booked. I've stayed at Howard Johnson's before and had good experiences, however this one was extremely disappointing. The hotel itself is very outdated and desperately needs to be cleaned. The carpet is in terrible shape, there's dirt and scuffs all over the walls that a simple wet rag would remove, but clearly have been there for some time. The floor in our room was disgusting. It looked like a pet had been left in there to use the restroom as it pleased and there were stains all over. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the AC unit had broken knobs, the water pressure in the shower was so poor that we skipped the shower before heading home. All in all, just a very poorly kept hotel.

Hotel in Shreveport overall a good place to stay. At checkin only 2 towels in the room. Breakfast not as good in the past.. Waffle maker not setup. Only a few pastries available.Other items very sparse. Had to go to Waffle House to get a decent breakfast. Clerk at desk not nearly as those in the past. we have stayed there 5 or 6 times in the last two years. Overall quite disappointed. Probably will find another hotel to stay in next time.

Upon arrival, no coffee pot, no ash tray, when to front desk given a coffee pot and a dirty ash tray. no shampoo, only 1 trash can in room and the the best where hard and only a sheet a light comforter. Free breakfast was awful, pancake machine old and sticking. old bagels and biscuits. Very disappointed, the outside of the hotel was very nice.

With children going to college in Shreveport we have made a number of trips to the area and stayed in a number of motels over the past six years, but until recently had never stayed at Howard Johnson because of it's perceived distance to the college however, we quickly realized the professionalism of the staff, cleanliness of the motel grounds and rooms, value for the price, and easy access to the Interstate resulted in some very happy campers who will most certainly stay there again when we visit our children in college.

Went to my boyfriends family reunion enjoyed my stay friendly staff, just need to change shower curtains.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the room standards met my expectations!

Basic. Good price, no frills. Had to ask for towels. Breakfast was average.

The room is very clean, staff are friendly, many restaurant near by the hotel.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. Showing wear and tear, could use an update. No alarm clock in the room. Good breakfast. Would stay there again.

My stay at this hotel was very good. I would recommend anyone to stay there. The staff gave excellent service. The Front desk 3 to 11 shift staff was beyond excellent and along with the housekeeper Ms. Sherry. Can't say enough about them. The value was great, we did our booking online and received a great hotel and air deal. Only thing the flight was less desirable. 2 Thumbs up to Howard Johnson!!!!

Hotel is a great value for the price. Was very pleased overall. Only 2 small things wrong. Shower was not very strong and there was no coffee in lobby during the day. I will go back here again soon. Great value.

Very clean!!!!... Fridge and microwave was a major plus!!!.. No plug near the ironing board, that pulled out behind a mirror!.. Had to iron on the desk :(... But overall it was NICE...would definitely go back

Second time to stay at this hotel...both times were amazing!!! Clean, plenty of room and very cheap!!!

I had to spend a few days in Shreveport to lay my dad to rest and I have to say that the hotel and staff, not knowing my reason for my stay, were excellent. Front desk personnel were friendly and professional. The hotel was located in a perfect place. Thank you for a very pleasant stay...

We were there visiting family. Spare of the moment type of trip. Looked at several places online to stay and this hotel was one of a few that caught my eye. We arrived late not knowing really how to get there. I called them up and the guy that answered led me right to the hotel. very nice customer service! We will come back to stay next time we are in the area.

It is obvious the Jameson in Shreveport is cutting or eliminating all the little things that separate the better hotels. Nasty broken slivers of soap in bath, 2 towels, broken coffee maker with one packet of sugar and processed creamer.

not good hotel smelled bad workout room very dirty 2 star hotel maybe chair in room dirty upholstery on chair was sticky it was so dirty
