The room didn't look so clean and it smelled like some one had smoked a long time in that room. I think that your hotel needs to replace the carpet. The breakfast was so so! The day time staff was okay. The young lady at night need to be retrained in customer service.

The room that I stayed in was in need of updating. The wall paper in the bathroom was starting to peel away in one of the corners and the tub/shower was very out of date. The bed was comfortable, the pillows... not so much. The breakfast buffet wasn't impressive although the employee who set everything up was very helpful.

There was a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot. I felt unsafe. However, the staff was friendly. I didn’t eat breakfast because there were lots of extra people always just hanging around. I was uncomfortable. Property was old and outdated.

The front desk staff and the lady that prepared breakfast was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. That man that prepared breakfast, was constantly complaining about having to work and it was busy. The entire inside smell of cigarette smoke and very musky damp smell. The elevators didn't work properly, you can definitely tell, the upkeep is lacking a lot. For 2 people they only gave 1 washcloth for 3 nights. The carpet was dirty and sticky, just nasty looking.
