It started off strong and went downhill.. the lady at the front desk was nice and changed our room for us because the room we had was very stinky. That went well. The breakfast was ok. The guy at the breakfast bar was very nice. We left for the day and when we came back they had been in our room, added paper and had taken the trash. They also took some of our towels (1 of 2). They never brought any back. When we asked at the front desk for some that evening the woman said they didn’t have any. I was very surprised. How does a big hotel chain run out of towels??? Check out was uneventful. The lady checking us out was nice. So if you are just laying your head down and not staying for any time I might go again… but not likely.

If 0 stars was a thing id probably give it 0 stars. It stated that i was supposed to have the bigger room that stated a room and a king bed. And the pics made it seem like a separate room and a king bed. The toilet stayed clogged up or slow flushing. The breakfast was okay but not what all the reviews the comments or reviews say it waas is there wasn't real sugar The staff

THE ROOMS NEED A MAKEOVER. THE FURNITURE WAS BROKEN DOWN. THE TOILET CONSTANTLY RAN. THIS IS A HOTEL WE HAVE BEEN STAYING IN FOR YEARS, AND I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THIS TIME. IF I HAD TIME, I WOULD HAVE MOVED TO ANOTHER HOTEL. I WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE ANYMORE.
