The girl at check is was rude, bath tub had rust, and shower had black stuff on ceiling. Room smelled like mildew. Sheets were still damp.
I travel frequently and have never received such incompetent service as it relates to billing. This one property has billed me multiple times for a stay on four separate occasions. The “Manager” feels that he is above speaking with guests that stay at this property. He ignores phone calls, voice messages, and emails. On this trip I was billed three seperate times for one stay. I was pre-paid through Orbitz, I was billed the full amount upon check in, and then billed a third time upon checking out. Once is a mistake, multiple instances of this happening is fraud. Corporate doesn’t seem to care and the General Manager is indifferent at best. Stay at your own risk.
The carpet in the room had an odor. Overall stay was ok. Breakfast was good.
It was easy to get to. Service desk clerk, Stephanie had me wait to check in until she finished her break. Walkin shower grout was stained/dirty looking.

Although I was in a company vehicle with a company card, I was not allowed to check in. I offered to pay cash and the attendant still refused my checking. The only hotel I could find on such short notice was absolutely disgusting. She was very rude. I arrived at 5pm and I was tired after a long drive. It was absolutely terrible the way I was treated

I honestly don’t know how this property is rated well at all. I traveled from out of town and upon arrival I waited at the desk for 10 minutes while the staff talked behind the wall laughing and giggling. no one acknowledged me. The housekeepers were walking through the lobby on facetime talking about sex , dropped linen and picked it up and kept going. My room wasn’t ready ended up going some where else. Place was filthy.
Staff was very friendly, convenient and easy location.
I like the location, had food around and Walmart was right across the street.
