This hotel is a nightmare!!!! Do not go there. The pictures online are deceiving!!!!! The rooms look nothing like that!!!! The air conditioner’s vents were full of rust( very unhealthy for breathing), the refrigerator had rust around it, the room was dirty and not well kept, and the floor was creaking, It was so bad I cancelled immediately after check in!!! I’m so disappointed!!!!

The staff was amazing! The room was horrible. The walls had holes and cracks. The one towels had black streaks on it. The floors had toenails on it. The AC barely worked and kept shutting off. Floor was sticky by the front door. Breakfast was not good.

The carpet is old and wavy, and needs replaced. The two air conditioners did not even cool the room. The one by the bed sounded like a 747 taking off every time it came on. And the shower head was just as loud and needs replaced! The counter top by the sink had a sticky substance on it. The furniture is old and stained.

A room key had to be re-keyed every time we went in. The facility was in need of painting, and some repairs in the bananas were overly ripe the TV had to be reprogrammed before it would work.
