This hotel was a last minute booking due to another property cancelling our reservation, because they overbooked. It was very late when we checked in around 11:30pm. The night clerk was friendly enough, the property however was terrible. There was a group of teenagers/young adults in the parking lot smoking/dunking listening to loud music. The room was in serious need of a remodel/cleaning. There were no blankets, and the little cover thing on the bed had burn holes all over them. The smell in the room was terrible, mix of cigarettes/weed/mildew. The best part was all the burn mark on the side of the tub and the floor next to the sink that felt like we were going to fall through. Needless to say I did not sleep at all, and left as soon as my husband woke up. Would not stay again I would rather sleep in my car next time!!
Area was dirty and trash everywhere. Woke up in room and turned on the lights and a bunch of roaches ran everywhere. Even for 83 dollars a night, that is still nasty

Outside temperature was 20 degrees, inside room was 50 degrees. Heater/ac unit only blew cold air. 2 mocrowaves next to an outlet that doesn't work. Its a guest room not a storage unit, but hard to tell if they knew that.
They said; I had to pay them with my credit card!!! You had already charged my credit card for this room. My credit card shows that I paid you and I paid them. They committed fraud and I am very mad about it. When I called the owner to let him know the next day. He pretty much said: it was not his problem!!! My credit card company has been contacted!!! I will not be charged twice for the same room that was dirty anyway and had bugs in it!!! They will not be paid for the charge they fraudulantly conned me into paying again!!! I just want to enjoy my vacation and I have outstanding credit with my charge account!!!

Room was hot, A/C extremely loud. Took over hour for room to cool down. Stains on sheets.
My stay was comfortable I’ll return one day. The guy at the counter guided me to where I can get some good food.
Hotel keys didn’t work so we had to continuously have staff open the door, bugs were in the room, appliances were extremely loud, and towels were dirty. I would not recommend anyone staying here, pick somewhere else. Very disappointed in this chain because I actually like Super 8 hotels.
The hotel is old, but it did what I needed, My main reason for the trip was to visit family and enjoy the city. The beds were hard and no plugs conveniently located for microwave and Fridge. I would visit again for the easy location and price
This is a place where the pictures look better than the property. Older hotel with the effects of age showing but was at least clean and no bed bugs. AC was loud and a bit of noise so slept poorly. OK for cheap place if you arrive late and leave early but wouldn't want to spend any time there. Front desk was not very nice on checkin. Breakfast on Saturday didn't start till 7 AM and I was already on the road so lost that value.
Crib or playpen. We had one, but it malfunctioned and we temporarily needed another and was not available. Continental breakfast was not much.
The room had several amenities, microwave, frig, hairdryer, coffee maker, however, it was a little run down, a little noisy. There was also someone wandering around in the parking lot for awhile late at night. Checkout is 11:OO. This is the first hotel to call me right at checkout, to the minute, to see if I had planned to stay another night.
