Worst Red Roof I ever stayed in. Room had been smoked in with holes in bedding. Low water flow. TV did not work. Just general poor condition!!
To sum it all up...shady neighbors, smelly room, and dirty. No smoking but the room smelled like cigarettes and there was an ashtray in it (don’t know why because there were cigarette butts all over the property)
The towels, sheets, shower curtain were clean. Top blanket clean but stained. Corners and areas behind furniture were dusty and could use some extra work on cleaning. Mildew in corner of tub. Top of toilet not seated properly. A/C was unplugged and took time for room to cool off. Area is industrial next to highway and a bit of a drive to area to eat. Early morning is likely to waken to sound of semi-trucks. No night staff as I was up too early to find anyone to check out with. Terrific thunderstorm with lots of lightening so difficult to actually judge a night's sleep based on the actual room.

Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Hotel did not have my reservation booked thru Orbitz in their computer system. Had to call Orbitz to resolve issue. Woman at front desk (Ms Williams) was very helpful getting the reservation resolved.
