Very polite and helpful staff, they let me check in early and special thanks to Darla from housekeeping, she made sure my room was very clean and ready early & on such short notice. She said to let her know if I needed anything and explained about the complimentary laundry service because I had said I had a bunch I needed to get done. The room was nice and quiet & comfy. I plan to stay here longer like for a week and go to the casinos again once I save up

My key wouldn’t work because the door lock was broken so the manager had to let me in every time I left the room. No hot water so I had to take a cold shower. No coffee within 3 miles of the hotel.

Absolutely horrible.. roaches, brown stuff on towels, clogged up toilet and left over towels from previous towel.. All this within three minutes..tried to get a refund for three days, manager somehow never contact me back after leaving my number for three days after calling..never again!!

I walked into my room after I paid for a week turned the lights on and there was roaches in the lamp shades. Then as I tried to get my money back they wanted to keep it. I had to threaten to get a lawyer involved before they would give me my money back.
