We came to Shreveport for family event that ended late so we decided to spend the night. I have businessm associates that prefer Hilton Garden Inn, so I felt confident in the choice of hotels. I am usually Hampton. The accommodations were fine, I felt the hotel was dingy. The front lobby area was nice and comfortable for relaxing and visiting. Room as fine. But without my normal fluffy Hampton mattress and nice complimentary breakfast I felt let down. I don't understand why someone would choose this hotel over Hampton.

Good, basic comfort. Clean room, but somewhat dated furniture. TV is small for that room size. Don't bother with the mediocre breakfast, just head down to the nearby IHOP. Air conditioner is loud.

Overall, pleasant experience, nice staff, accommodating. Put in wrong room and had to change and could have paid the same price and received a complimentary breakfast elsewhere.

Terrible experience hot tub was plucked and not even really hot we had to pay for breakfast 10.95 per plate we ended up going to Waffle House and came out about the same nothing there is free you have to pay for everything

Toilet seat was filthy and had a strand of hair stuck to it. Night stand was sticky

I booked this reservation on very short notice and for a the 4th of July holiday. Everything was in order from check in to check out. Hotel staff was courteous and professional. The room was clean, spacious and inviting. It included living room and sleeping area. Overall, this was a great night's stay!

The hotel itself was fine however, there were many problems with your servicewhen I arrived at the at 104 Market Street Shreveport, my reservations was set for Friday June 27 instead of the 20th. After a 20 minutes hold and 45 minutes conversation it was changed to the 20th. After I left the at 104 Market Street, I was informed by a manager said that they were not paid for the night of the 20th because the Garden Inn at 5971 Financial Plaza and would not reverse the charges so they could not get paid so they charged it to my credit card. You paid the wrong hotel and this needs to be fixed,,,,,the room was at Market Street which was confirmed by the manger and representative at , however when I got a new confirmation it was changed to 5971 Financial plaza ,where I DID NOT stay.!

The hotel is spot on clean and comfy. However......what MADE this visit was the staff. Without exception the staff was great. This will be my home in Shreveport whenever I visit.

The staff was nice and had good customer service. The room not so much. Too many noises, the bed was uncomfortable and they didnt have our room available when we checked in. We came back to check in and had given our room away.

I stayed here with my boyfriend from out of town on a whim one weekend. It was ok.. I had made him brownies, and placed them on the counter to hand the lady my credit card (for incidentals) and a staff person asked me for one.. weird but ok. There were two charges on the card for $25.00 instead of 1.. and it took the 6 days to fall of. Not a bad experience, but definitely a weird one.

Just a standard hotel in an out of the way location. I had brought brownies I made for the person I was meeing there and the check-in lady asked me for one, odd.. but ok. They charged my card twice for the "incidental" fee, and it's supposed to fall off but still hasn't. I'd stay there again if only because it's clean and affordable.

Last minute trip for business and dinner. Near airport and interstate. Close to wal mart and gas stations. Staff was super friendly and helpful

The rooms are very nice.The bed was to hard for me.

I was taken aback when I checked in and I was required to give them a credit card in case there was any damage to the room upon my departure. This is the first time I have ever been asked to do this and I really did not appreciate it. When I checked out I asked the staff if there had been any charges made to my credit card and they assured me that no charges had been made. However when I got home there were two $25.00 charges pending on my credit card and it was only three days later that these charges disappeared. I will probably think twice before I ever stay at this motel again.

Great hotel, a little further from downtown than I wanted to be, but overall a great value!

It was pleasant and quiet. room was clean and spacious.
