Marijuana smell in the hallways of the second floor. We will not stay there again.

Staff friendly and helpful. Should be made aware up front that the pool is under construction especially when its getting hot out and kids love the water.

We stayed here for a quick overnight stay. Very clean room. Bed were firm which is not my preference but it did it’s job.

Had no regular coffee pods in room. They had run out. Other then that stay was pleasant.

COVID makes everything difficult. The man who checked us in was not wearing a mask. That was huge. It was so disrespectful to the guest's health.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The commode in our room needed adjustments or repair to stop running. It was not an emergency just wasting a lot of water.

Everyone was nice only downfall is we had to change rooms at 1am because they had no one to fix the broken toilet. Breakfast was delicious

Stayed 4 nights .. every day our towels were taken from the room but never restocked, room was never cleaned or beds made.

We’ve stayed here before and expected a higher level of clean based on being a Hilton. However the curtains were ripped up and something happened in the corner of the room that was questionable. There needs to be maintenance on the hotel. And there was a smell in the hall that was off putting. It’s going downhill unfortunately.

The staff was very nice and the room was okay. Water stains on the wall in the bathroom from what appeared to be a water leak in the room above us. Also rust on the shower rails. The main thing is that my mother was in the room across the hall from us and the hotel gave her room to another quest. The quest, a young man walked into her room while she was there. The front desk advised that there was a mix up in the computer. They gave her a free night however this is TOTALLY unacceptable. The front desk apologized but this was my mother in a room alone and this made us very uncomfortable.

We came to Shreveport for family event that ended late so we decided to spend the night. I have businessm associates that prefer Hilton Garden Inn, so I felt confident in the choice of hotels. I am usually Hampton. The accommodations were fine, I felt the hotel was dingy. The front lobby area was nice and comfortable for relaxing and visiting. Room as fine. But without my normal fluffy Hampton mattress and nice complimentary breakfast I felt let down. I don't understand why someone would choose this hotel over Hampton.

Just an overnight stay, easy access, friendly staff and clean room

Would have expected more from The reviews. The room was very dingy. Very close to the interstate and you can hear traffic all night

Good, basic comfort. Clean room, but somewhat dated furniture. TV is small for that room size. Don't bother with the mediocre breakfast, just head down to the nearby IHOP. Air conditioner is loud.

Overall, pleasant experience, nice staff, accommodating. Put in wrong room and had to change and could have paid the same price and received a complimentary breakfast elsewhere.

We are very sorry that you experienced this. We are a non-smoking hotel and the guest was charged with smoking in the hotel and asked to leave. Again my sincerest apology

Thank you for the kind words on our staff. I apologize about the pool not being opened. We have replaced the lifts, impellers and have everything we need except a unit for the AC. This is stuck in shipping and we are working diligently to get the part and get open.
