I didn't get to see the hotel except the front desk/lobby area, seemed typical to most hotels a little dark and drab, but was cleanish and no strong odors. I did not see a room, hallway, etc since my room was given away.. long story won't ramble in the review. I can speak on the customer service however and it was horrible. Argumentative, unprofessional and callous are 3 words that come to mind without hesitation. If the best western is available go there, their staff was kind, professional and lobby area was bright and welcoming.

A comfortable stay, shower splashed some on outside floor, making it a little slippery; a pesky fly was in the room. All in all, an okay room.

We need a room for a Friday night because my stepson was graduating on Saturday and decided to make it a weekend get away. We loved the room and the Staff was very Friendly. The room was big...The tub was AWESOME....The bed was great. Very clean!!! Loved it and would stay again!!
