We went to check in no one was there,two guys infront of us had issue with rooms and the lady went to talk to her supervisor, so we waited for 20min and we left the hotel because the line was getting longer and we had to plans any way cam back later at night check in very nice lady and friendly so got to the room couldn’t turn tv on remote got no batteries so no TV for the night I was happy but my husband was not happy at all, beds r comfortable, bathroom door broke , the bathroom door got rust on. ,toilet you have to hold the handle for the flusher for few seconds to flush, the wall got white stuff on it the bedroom window need to be painted and not enough lights I. The room and the door in the room handle got nasty white stuff and the door looked old and got scratches on it .i was disappointed

Staff knocked on our door told us to leave it open before check out. Very rude. People running up and down the hall ways all night making noise, no one told them to stop. Couldn’t enjoy anything no one ever cleaned the room. The rate was ridiculous because they overcharged before I called and changed it . Didn’t even eat the breakfast. Very disappointed

NO HOT WATER! Comfy bed, Good breakfast

There was a wedding at the hotel the night we checked in. Lots of commotion for awhile. Went to take a shower, NO HOT WATER! Front desk said hotel was booked, and guests must have used it all, but would let maintenance know. Water was still not hot/warm in morning. When we checked out, front desk noted with no concern, explanation or apology. Beds were comfortable. Good breakfast.

The staff were very nice. But this hotel is old & while it seems they may be making small up grades it should be closed for a bigger overhaul if possible. There were dehumidifiers every where, it still smelled musty & old. Paint, sheet rock & ceiling was coming off every where. I will say it was decently clean where it could be.

Interesting Hotel

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the front desk staff, everyone was very helpful and accommodating but the rooms needs major updates/renovations. We spotted roaches in the room and the rooms had old/ mildew smell to them. It took everything not to leave this hotel but it was paid for on business. Will probably never stay there again. Main areas we're clean but we didn't even eat breakfast because of the roaches and didn't know if that was an issue throughout.

Bathroom was disgusting and has pubic hairs all over the tub and floor. Counters weren't wiped down. Dust everywhere. When we walked in the picture on the wall was crooked as well. Worst Wyndham I have ever stayed in.

Room was dirty (floor was sticky and bed skirt had stuff all over it). Went to 3 different floors and no ice. Big fans were in the hall. Our air condition made a horrible noise all night.

The water pressure in the bathroom was horrible. The gala W lawn in the back needed to be mowed. The safe inside the room was at the top of the closet and didn’t work. The mar Room was half cleaned. The maid service removed the dirty towels and failed to replace with clean towels.

Came here for a seminar. Only reason we stayed at this location. Needs a complete overhaul. Our bathroom door lock was on the outside of the bathroom. Leaking tub faucet. Microwave sitting on a table smaller than microwave which did not have an outlet close to it. Beds were very comfortable and clean. The rugs throughout need to be steam cleaned or replaced. The breakfast was mediocre...we ate breakfast both days somewhere else across the street. Maintenance guy was very helpful with getting me ice since multiple ice machines did not work.

Nice place to rest

The location couldn’t have been better for my one night stay. The price was very reasonable for the Amenities. Breakfast was a nice bonus.

Needs updating/renovation better. Smells bed. Room was not clean booked 3 left after one. Not secure at all doors EXTRA LOOSE lot of rooms out of order. Looked like a haunted house. I would not recommend it to NO ONE sorry. Very disappointed!
