I hate this compant, will never use again, will tell everyone I know

Location and parking is very convenient. The hotel is clean and the staff at check in was friendly and had our key cards ready for us. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They do not have complimentary breakfast but they do have a breakfast buffet which is reasonably priced. The food was good and fresh. The drinks were brought to the table by a very friendly server.

Woke up to ants our last morning there. Staff was very friendly.

Got in late but the staff was very helpful and sweet ... I really enjoyed my self...

Overall hotel was ok, not what I expected from website. However, staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Rooms were not available for check in at stated time. We tried to check in after 3 PM and could not get into the room until 4:30. Incredibly long lines waiting to be served.

This hotel is perfectly located at one of the best prices in downtown Shreveport. Great comfortable, clean rooms with an amazing staff.

Excellent!! Will stay again when I get the opportunity. As a smoker the gentleman at the front desk accommodated me with a balcony room so I could sit outside. The room was clean and very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable.

Hotel was recently bought by Holiday Inn, and is currently in the process of being renovated. However, no amount of renovations will get rid of the train tracks which bend around the hotel. About every hour a train goes by, horn blasting, and breaks squealing. The hotel is also in the process of switching to Direct TV, but currently only has 10 non-HD channels, and the internet connection is currently really SLOW! Not sure if my room was renovated already, but it smells like smoke, and has white paint splattered on all the furniture.

Easy to get to, friendly staff but very humid in the lobby.

This hotel is being revamped. Restaurant is not open and noone said anything while i was reserving the rooms.

Had a great time the hotel is under renovations but still nice. The location is very good for easily getting to any location for food, fun and shopping! The only downside was the trains blaring horns during the night. Will stay again but will request a room on the other side of the hotel.

Not a bad place to call home away from home. Staff is helpful and facility has been upgraded recently.

Hotel is still under renovation but it is getting better. Rooms are nice, WiFi is spotty at best. Room cleaning crew needs attention to detail as my room wasn't restocked with towels for a couple days (but you have a couple in there).

I have been moved from room to room it sucks and if you smoke one of the ladies that works behind the counter will cover her mouth and talk to you from far away I thought that was really rude

Good value, good amenities, so so cleanliness because its inconsistent. Bar is good except they run out of things and don't restock everyday. Food is good. Ongoing construction can be a pain. Elevator needs help! It works, just needs service/update.

Hotel isn't bad but undergoing renovations so can be a little noisy early. Restaurant is not open in evenings, but can get food at bar. Bed is like sleeping on lumpy ground. Bring your own pillows. Good value for cost.

It's was ok slept good ate good went swimming staff works with you

Our room smelled. There was a spot for a fridge that was non there. The hotel is located on a railroad tract that runs early and often. The elevator did not work correctly.

Getting ready for a re-launch as a Hilton, the Downtown is very nearly ready, and is currently an EXCELLENT value for travelers. The staff is professional and the free shuttle service to airport and casinos is very good. Breakfast is pricy though
