This property is outdated and needs to be remodeled. There were lots of scratches on the furniture in the room. There were stains on the headboard of the bed, the drain in tub was rusty, the outlet in the bathroom was surrounded by dust like it had never been cleaned.

I liked how neat and clean the room was , I also like the location because I got a room and I could see the boardwalk it was so soothing , I didn’t like the parking lot it’s absolutely to small I had nowhere to park , floor 5 didn’t have a ice machine but overall it was a great stay

They had one elevator completely down for 3 days I was there. They had a Child Beauty Pageant running that weekend and the kids were running all over the halls and very loud. When we called down to the desk to inform them nothing was done about it. I made 3 complaints in one night and no one addressed the issue. The staff was not very hospitable and the food was ok. Very over priced on the food though

Very conveniently located and staff was wonderful. Parking was a little difficult and the connecting restaurant odors filled the lobby area.

I should have known the environment would be noxious because there were ear plugs left on the bed

The property was very old with very little renovations. Also while there, the power went out for 5-7 hours and no apologies, no accommodations. Just an oh well. I will never stay here again.

This is a great hotel with a great staff. Everyone was so friendly and attentive to my needs. Housekeeping does And often job and keeping the hotel clean. The only drawback that I have is the location of the hotel. Specifically the access to the hotel. It’s in a congested area. And if you’re not familiar with how to get to the hotel you could end up driving some extra miles to turn around to get to it.

Needed phone repairs. Needed additional bedding, it was inadequate for the cold. Desk staff not very friendly or professional. Shuttle driver, Travis was awesome. Friendly and VERY helpful!

The train. Other guests told ke they were given ear plugs but my friend and I did not have them in our rooms. The refrigerator had a broken leg and was super wobbley. Nothing would stand up. I did not end up needing 2 double beds and was pleased to be switched to a king bed. The bar was nice but way too loud. I also thought the breakfast was included in the reservation.

The hotel staff were welcoming and we had a late check in due to travel time but there was no trouble at all to get checked in. Staff went above and beyond to make the stay well worth it here. We will be back for sure!

I hate this compant, will never use again, will tell everyone I know

Location and parking is very convenient. The hotel is clean and the staff at check in was friendly and had our key cards ready for us. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They do not have complimentary breakfast but they do have a breakfast buffet which is reasonably priced. The food was good and fresh. The drinks were brought to the table by a very friendly server.

Woke up to ants our last morning there. Staff was very friendly.

Got in late but the staff was very helpful and sweet ... I really enjoyed my self...

Overall hotel was ok, not what I expected from website. However, staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Rooms were not available for check in at stated time. We tried to check in after 3 PM and could not get into the room until 4:30. Incredibly long lines waiting to be served.

This hotel is perfectly located at one of the best prices in downtown Shreveport. Great comfortable, clean rooms with an amazing staff.

Excellent!! Will stay again when I get the opportunity. As a smoker the gentleman at the front desk accommodated me with a balcony room so I could sit outside. The room was clean and very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable.

Hotel was recently bought by Holiday Inn, and is currently in the process of being renovated. However, no amount of renovations will get rid of the train tracks which bend around the hotel. About every hour a train goes by, horn blasting, and breaks squealing. The hotel is also in the process of switching to Direct TV, but currently only has 10 non-HD channels, and the internet connection is currently really SLOW! Not sure if my room was renovated already, but it smells like smoke, and has white paint splattered on all the furniture.

Easy to get to, friendly staff but very humid in the lobby.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We hope that everyone is able to have an enjoyable experience during their stay with us. The earplugs are just one of our ways of trying to help make that possible.
