The equipment in Gym was poor, as was the TV, no reception.some equipment could not be adjusted etc We also had issues with the TV in our room, the crew tried to fix it, but closed caption came on and off at will.

Great stay with my kid

The host was super nice and courteous. We were there for medical appointments at Highland clinic two days in a row. I arrived and asked for early check-in. They complied. It was quiet, clean, and most importantly safe. I highly recommend.

We were treated like stupid people we had a question about checking in. Our room didn’t get cleaned because the lady couldn’t speak English and we couldn’t communicate with her. The room was dingy and the windows filthy. We won’t be staying at a Holiday Inn Express in the future

Pros: service from the staff was exceptional! They greeted u everytime we entered and was friendly. Cons: property is older. Woke up to a roach in the bathroom, pool didn't look that great (so I didn't let the kids get in) and the fragrance gave me a headache.

This is an old property needing a major overhaul. Bathtub had mold and a big crack. Blackout shade was mildewed and had holes in it. Room was muggy despite running the AC. Splintered doors. Thin towels. TV wouldn’t connect. I won’t stay here again.

The staff at this location are as good or better than any other staff out there! Efficient, courteous, friendly, interested in my comments - are just a few of their good points! No doubt, I will stay at this location next time I visit Shreveport

Meh It was okay

Room felt worn; old furnishing. To use the remote for the TV you had to be within a foot of the TV. I had to get out of bed to change the channel. The channel selection was poor. Shower towel was torn. Lobby floors were really sticky.
