Great for people traveling with their pets. The staff was friendly, the price is good, and the hotel was plenty of space to walk your dog.
We’re moving half way across the country and arrived at this hotel at almost 3 in the morning. The night manager was SO nice. I called to let them know I would be late for the midnight cutoff for checkin and the afternoon and night desk workers were phenomenal and so accommodating/friendly
During my stay Friday, Saturday and 1/2 Day Sunday, ice maker on my floor didn’t work. Coke machine did not work. I left my room at 1:00 and room was not serviced at all that day.
All my family and the groom's family stayed in this hotel, one of the best ones I've ever been, we had great time in the breakfast, and personnel very polite. I would stay again in this hotel every time I visit my sister. Thanks.

The front desk person @ NightKevin was great. We thought we had an issue with hot water the first night we stayed and had to call the front desk at 2am. Kevin made a special trip to the room to check the water temp and lo and behold ... it was user error. We also mentioned how cold we were inthe room and he was so nice toprovide us with additional blankets and remind us about breakfast. Great stay and i will stay again.

Room was comfortable and clean. TV, microwave and fridge all in great shape and working order. The complimentary breakfast was really nice and all the staff that I met was pleasant and helpful. Honestly, it was one of my better hotel experiences and I will certainly stay there again when I go to Shreveport.
We were there for a wedding and it was very hectic. It was wonderful to get back to a clean quiet room. This is our fourth time to stay there and it won't be our last. We have stayed in many high end very special hotels but when we go to Shreveport this hotel is exactly what we need.

The check in staff was incompetent. [...]. I was treated as a leper for evidently not booking through Holiday Inn.The hotel is nice, but over-priced for Shreveport, LA. Rooms were clean and well appointed.
The staff are friendly, and the included breakfast is good. The property is clean enough to pass for brand new. We arrived late and didn't get to use the pool and I didn't have my laptop with me to try the included wireless internet access. Good restaurants are very close by. There is Posados Tex-Mex and Copelands of New Orleans. Overall: a nice hotel in a good location.
went to a great concert. hotel was OFF THE BEATEN PATH but still in the mix of things. rooms were great and comfortable. service was generus and professional. will be back.
