This property does not give deposits back. They had roaches and bed bugs, refused to give my deposit back and I was oy there maybe 3 hours before I had to leave due to all the bugs.

I was put in "wrong room" and after complaining was moved to a different room, no wifi, dirty pillows, could barley brush teeth in sink, fire damage on lamp and walls, I was woke up at 10:30 to volunteers asking if wanted a free blanket an meal? I mean the thought I was homeless... I literally paid $75 to stay at a homeless shelter... it humbled me to say the least.

Took forever to check in.had to get a different room because the first one was dirty and stunk and the jacuzzi was broke.

Dear Guest, You Booked that room in your room and handed over to some guy, you never checked out in 3 Hours at the front desk. he stayed there for that night, going all over the property , suspicious. Later he came next morning and paid for one more night, similar activities throughout the day. at late night he handed over the room key to some homeless guy from the street, we had to put him out of the room next morning.We have a very good CCTV surveillance system enabling check every corner of the property in detail. The Property do not allow visitors, The room is just for the registered guest and you were aware of it when you checked in as it is printed on the check in form and you get a copy at the time of check in. . after all this if you expect getting a refund is too much. looks like a scam.. Our rooms may not be fancy but they are clean and specious. they do not have no bugs. please stop defaming our property. It looks like some one trying to scam after using the room and services.Just to inform you that you are already added in the Do not rent list so please dont try to book any more rooms with us. you will be refused services. Thank you

Thank you for your review, none of our walls are fire damage, may be on lamp, we apologize if not changed the lamp shade, as far as the volunteers , they were from some alimentary , we recreate that they knocked on your door., they were just supposed to wait for school kids to go to them and get help., may be no body or least expected went to them they did it. they had come on the property to distribute school bags for school kids., However we will learn from this experience. thank you once again
