There was pubic hair, armpit hairs, and mildew floors in the shower. I talked to the front desk and they were suppose to help make my stay cheaper, but they never contacted me

Residence Inn Downtown has to do better No hot cooked breakfast only on weekend nobody eats prepacked jimmy dean sandwiches the price the same as a rewards member I expect the same treatment and I called ahead they told me they had hot breakfast which was a lie also no service to the room if you stay multiple nights no towels no trash pickup wasn’t satisfied like it’s a entire kitchen please come service the room

Just okay….

Hotel room was downsized upon arrival and the front clerk acted as if I should have known before I got there. Although I was not notified. They did discount the room which was nice. The room was fairly clean but there were brown water marks on the ceiling which was off putting. The shower and location was ideal.
