I’ll be staying here every time I’m in Shreveport
Overall room was very dirty despite having just been "cleaned" by house keeping. I did not feel comfortable in the room at all. There was hair throughout. Crumbs on the floor. Overall, not a great experience. The only saving grace was how friendly the staff was.
The room was dirty, one of the bathrooms didn’t have hot water, and staff hardly did anything during my stay.

The property is huge, and you have to walk a country mile to get to the elevator and then your room from the front desk. I also had to make the trek back downstairs to the desk to get my room card re-keyed. That was awesome. Wifi was weak and kept kicking me offline, front desk told me it was because the router was so far from my room. Bathroom sink was clogged and drained slowly. No shampoo, but extra mouth wash, had to go down to front desk and get it myself. Front desk wouldn't answer the phone, and when I went down, was told that they had not answered because they "were busy stocking the food pantry." Overall shabby outfit, not what you would expect from a Hilton property, and definitely not worth the price. Do yourself a favor and stay at the nearby Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express.

Lights went out and all they would offer people were glow sticks. No room accommodations receptions will tell you one thing but when the manager arrives he/she would do the opposite
It was great just had a problem with the internet, unable to print our flight confirmation but went to the horseshoe business center and got it done, otherwise excellent room & service
It was a nice clean hotel for family and the staff is friendly.
Booked hotel for an after concert stay. Front desk was very friendly as was any staff members we came across in the hall. Breakfast staff was also very friendly. Breakfast was a nice variety of hot and cold foods. The studio king room was spacious and well laid out. It made a nice stay for a romantic evening but was roomy enough for the kids if we had brought them too. I would def stay again.
I read a lot of reviews and cxl one hotel to pick this one and i am glad i did, it was clean
We had a nice overnight stay. We were there for a baseball tournament and to say there were other teams there it ended up being very peaceful. Would stay there again!
The hotel is located in a very good location. It's close to restaurants and casinos. It was close to Centrylink also which made it nice for us considering we attended the Motley Crue Concert. The hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was good, only thing my daughter and son wished they had blueberry/banana muffins, but overall everything was great. Would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!
We really enjoyed this hotel because of the quietness of the rooms, roominess, cleanliness, and the lay out of the room as well. The only thing that we thought was odd, your free breakfast staff member seem to single us out for some reason and asked to see our room key----we didn't hear her ask anyone else-----if this is to be checked with everyone, I would suggest that the door be kept closed causing the guests to scan his/her room key in order to get in. She made me feel very uncomfortable by singling us out and making the comment that we were late coming in for breakfast----we were there before 10:00 a.m. The overall stay was the best we've had in years----we use our RV alot and found our stay here very enjoyable! We apologize for your experience while staying with us. A transmitter was hit which caused not only our property, but surrounding areas to have their lights go out. Our staff worked hard to make sure that everyone was taken care of as best as they could under the circumstances. Our protocol for that situation is the glow sticks. Once again I apologize that you felt that our efforts were not handled correctly.
