All 3 of treadmills were down and maintenance guy came in at 6 am told me all were down a month ago. Peloton bike was not operating. I had to wait whenever I went to front desk and I could see one to to guys waiting at the front desk waiting employee show up whenever I passed the lobby.
The best customer service we've ever had. We arrived at 3pm and they were a little behind on getting rooms ready, and they were super busy. We took the kids to the pool to wait and hang out. When the room wasn't ready 45 min later, they upgraded us for free from a Studio King, to a Suite! It had 3 beds and a living room. On top of that, they gave us complimentary drinks and snacks for the kiddos. We were so appreciative of them, and really wish we'd gotten the names of the woman and man that helped us out. The entire staff there was kind and friendly, they talked to the kids and always offered to help carry and open doors.
Excellent experience..will go with Hilton hotels in the future compared to other hotel chains

There was alot of trash and cigarette butts in the parking lot. Our room was smelled like swamp water and there was an abnormal amount of pubic hair in the bathroom.
Location was great, staff was nice. Our room wasn’t ready for 2 hours after arrival. We arrived at 2pm so I understand the first hour. When we finally were assigned a room, the door lock malfunctioned, and we ended up being reassigned to a different room. This took about 45 minutes. This room was over the pool and all the noise filtered into our room. All of the grills were occupied by the same party, so cooking dinner as planned was not an option. Due to time constraints I was unable to shower before going to the event we were in town for. The hallways all needed vacuumed, and other guest left bags of garbage near the elevators, so the upon exiting/entering the elevators it smelled of food and dirty diapers. Also at the corner of the mattress there is wire protruding out tearing the sheets. It scratched my hand but was not sever, however if a small child or older person were to come in contact with those exposed wire it could possibly really hurt someone.

Property didn’t have my reservation that was made 10 days prior to my stay. Had to call Orbitz and figure it out, which took almost an hour.
Nothing, nasty old room, hard water, rushed us out after telling us we could late check in

My family and I stayed in a two bedroom suite in November, 2017. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a small issue with the water leaking from the tub onto the floor, but it was no big deal. I would definitely stay here again.
