Customer service was awful. Despite calling an hour before arrival to confirm our room, upon arrival the lady was extremely rude and said they were sold out. Without even an apology. I’ll never stay at this property ever again.

Elevator was unable to be called to 4th floor without using a phone to call the front desk first. Multiple ice machines were out of order. Room itself was comfortable and reasonably furnished. Building itself could use some upkeep and TLC.

Front desk workers were fairly rude. We asked for extra towels after seeing that we didnt have enough in the room and we were given one towel and extra attitude. The fridge didnt work but luckily we brought a cooler so our food didnt spoil. We called down and another worker told us to unplug it and unplug it and that was the extent that he was willing to help. Other than that our stay was great

Air conditioner didn't work but he fixed it at midnight when his shift was over. Awful smell in room figured out the next morning it was the coffee maker when I went to make coffee. No lightbulb in bathroom or in vanity. Manager had my husband go assist him in taking it from another room. It was too small so it hung down all night. We used towels in case it fell. Asked for towels and washrags at front desk the next morning and was told they didnt have any, they were being washed. So we had to share 2 rags ans towels with 4 people and the towels had laid on the floor all night to catch the light if it fell. Overall bad experience.

The property is in a great location! However I had to re-clean the room once I arrived. I found hair in the shower and floss on the side table. Also, I had to go buy ice because the ice machine was dirty and had mold on it. It also had a mattress set just sitting right next to the ice machine in the public hallway. The staff was nice but the need more to keep up with that property.

Great location, room is pretty clean. Breakfast was weak, even considering current situation. They only had dry cereal to go. They didn’t have cups for coffee at front desk coffee station. Toilet got plumbing issues but they moved us in different room , so that was nice of them. Overall OK

The mirror outside of the bathroom was very dim. Husband shaving and myself applying makeup and fixing my hair was s challenge. I inquired at the front desk, they contacted maintenance and I was told that is the way it is. A lighted makeup mirror would have been nice. Big Cedar near Branson has them. The hot breakfast) scrambled eggs) were perfect the first morning but not good our second day-wet.

Housekeeping was not consistent. We stayed here 4 days & I had to request for our room to be clean, which only happened one time.

I liked the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. I didn't like asking for towels. It seemed lack of staff caused a towel shortage the weekend we were there.

My mother passed away on July 11, 2019. I booked the hotel related to the referenced charge on July 11, 2019 through Orbitz for my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren who would be travelling from another state to distant state. After receiving e-mail confirmation of booking, I called “James” at the hotel, explained to him that it would be in my name, and confirmed that they would be able to check into the room after showing their identification. I told James that they were travelling with 3 young children and I anticipated that it would be at least 11:30 p.m. or midnight before they arrived. James stated “that will not be a problem, their room will ready for them.” Just before 11 p.m., my daughter updated me on their progress and I learned that they would not make it to the hotel until between 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. I immediately called the hotel and talked with “Denise”, explained the situation again and was assured that their room was reserved and it would be there waiting for them. They arrived just after 1:00 a.m. and were told by the clerk that they did not have any rooms left. Needless to say, I will never book another hotel through Orbitz or book a stay at any SpringHill Suites.

Great location next to Harrah's casino and horse races. Fuddruckers inside Harrah's. Spacious rooms, nice area for fridge microwave and desk .
