Room had mold or just really dirty in the bathroom. Did not have couch but 2 chairs for kiddo to lay on like advertised. Breakfast was bare minimum, and no dining room as typed sign said under renovations. Front desk staff on phone very loud with whatever they were listening to/watching.

The rooms are not as advertised!! We rented a queen room with pull out sofa. NONE of the rooms had sofas. After a LONG wait, they needed up giving us a 2 bedroom with a “pull out sofa” That room only had a small sofa that did NOT pull out. The ceiling had had a previous leak, so Sheetrock was falling down all over the table and floor. The tub would not drain at all. The sheets were covered in Sheetrock dust. When my son got up in the morning, his clothes and face was white. Terrible experience. I told the staff the next morning, and they offered nothing. Would never recommend staying here!!

This was a very clean hotel. Every staff person we encountered was very, very friendly. It was an easy off and on the highway and was surrounded by great places to eat. We will definitely stay here again as we have friends in the area.

My A/C in my room did not work at all. It was so hot in my room I had to open the window. My shower curtain had mildew on it. The first time I opened the closet door the handle came off and i wasn’t being rough with the door knob. I’m also very certain that they gave me the wrong room.

When I first arrive, it was a young man that checked me in. I did not get his name, but he was very professional. The next morning, when I went down to breakfast, it was a young lady. (I know she work on Tuesday and was off on Wednesday). I called her to breakfast lady) I did not get her name, but she was very friendly and made me feel so welcome. Yes, just because of these two staff members, I will return in the future. Only one issue the shower control did not work properly.
