Bugs in the bathroom. TV picture lousy and only way to see what was on was to scroll the guide. Door keys worked inconsistently.
Great front desk staff. 3rd floor ice machine did not work. Telephone in room did not work. Rear door to back parking lot was not secure. Internet wifi was intermittent and often did not work at all. When it did, it was exceedingly slow - as in basic YouTube vids buffering a lot. Interstate highway noise is noticeable.
Please never visit such place they committed and charge for breakfast and not provided anything in morning. It was very dirty place to stay.
The first room l was given had a toilet full of P***, that had been marinating all day. The whole room smelled of it. I was given another room. This room was marginal at best. Not sure how this place received a 3.4/5 The place is run down, and badly needs renovation. I would never stay there again!
This property is a circus without a ring leader. Within my first few hours of staying here, two different people walked into my room unannounced. One was a guest that they mistakenly double booked my room for and the other was the property’s GM who had my room as vacant. My bathroom was not clean and had a ridiculous amount of hair from a previous guest in the tub. I travel every week for business and this was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced.
Felt unsafe. Our room was next to 2nd floor exit door. During the night there was pounding on the door from the outside and people were being let in the exit door by other people staying at the hotel. There was a loud conversation through the evening and people coming in and out of those doors. In the morning when we left the exit door was propped open. I felt very unsafe during my visit there and stayed locked in my room. The staff was very receptive to my concerns and did what they could to talk with the other parties. Unfortunately they were not able to impact the situation very much.
The staff was great but the room was not so clean. Mold in bathroom. And the remote was broken so I could not watch tv.
The place is a dump! Didn't feel safe so i checked out after an hour. Went to another hotel.
The closeness to the Airport. Television was not the best.
Everything was great except the tub was not too clean. The remote did not have batteries in it.
Appeared to have some recent updates that definitely improved interior appearance in lobby and room. Comfortable and clean beds and bathrooms. A few cosmetic touch ups, removal or repair of drinks equipment and extra attention to the wood surface in the bathroom and dining room would have made all of my responses excellent. The next door hotel made this place APPEAR less safe, and we hesitated to check-in. Rooms were very secure. A exterior room key required entrance from end of halls might help first floor to feel more secure. Great staff, fresh cookies at check-in and a filling full breakfast was awesome.
Hotel is really dated and has an odor. The room was decent and everything was clean. It’s in a convenient location as well. I’ll give it a 4/5 out of 10
Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The facility is in very good condition.
This was the worst of my experiences at this location. My room was neglected for two days, once from possible a misunderstanding in communication, the other the ignoring of a direct request. Whereas the front desk was willing to perform the task after learning what had happen, the evening was far gone. I like the location and this particular brand. It is in a very competitive area, but this has been my choice of motel for the last three years. Hoping this experience will not repeat itself and cause me to move to another brand.
interior of hotel needs deep cleaning, the smell of marijuana is very strong in hall ways. clothes on top of dryers, elevators need repair. child sleeping in lobby 2/3 years old, across from check in desk on couch. Television had horrible reception, linen on bed was soiled. this property presents a feeling of uneasiness. It appears that other hotels have gone out of business in this airport area. The rate was ok for a substituted room through orbitiz.
