Im not sure they are cleaning up the rooms. We had 2 rooms both with semi dirty beds. They didn't clean the bed in the second room, it had a distnct smell and greasy spots on the sheets. There were no cups for the coffee in one room and only one unwrapped one in the other. I just don't think anyone is checking on the rooms and the prices are just outrageous for such poor quality.

They didnt clean the room after 9 days of staying in my room they said their policy is only clean once you check out. The cleaning lady tried to ask me to pay her to clean my room. No towels and no toilet paper available constantly, the phones in the rooms don't work most of the staff informed me of that situation and the room was never properly cleaned before check in. The front desk is in shambles and the Manager was useless. This hotel has become a complete disaster and the staff are super lazy. This is probably one of the worst hotels in Shreveport by far.

My room (828) smelled like raw sewage, when I informed the staff member, she said, "some of the rooms just smell like that". Needless to say, I slept poorly, and left the property early. I will never stay there again. Sam's town next door is usually cheaper and has never smelled like raw sewage. The room is actually nicer at Bally's, but the smell just ruined everything about the place. The way the staff dismissed it as if it was normal, not their problem, and just too bad for me... well that's the slap in the face that led me to give my only negative review ever on this site over more than a decade of booking online.
