- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 people. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- This home does NOT have air conditioning
- This home has Ring smart home security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the walkway to the front deck and front deck area, driveway, and steps to the mudroom door. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.

Fabulous cabin near Truckee

Hands down this was the best cabin we have stayed at over the course of 20 years of holidays to Truckee. The property was spotless, spacious and perfect during our stay. The kitchen has top notch appliances which we certainly appreciated since we do a lot of cooking at home. Another bonus is the location, it is close enough to Truckee but Old Greenwood feels like a small mountain resort with plenty of space between the cabins. So glad we found this place, we had the best ski week ever!

Beautiful brand new home

Beautiful new property at the end of a culdesac. Bedrooms were really roomy and had their own bathrooms. Plus the extra office to bedroom conversion was nice. Comfortable living room upstairs and downstairs. Beautiful RH furniture throughout. And the kitchen was amazing. Can’t wait to come back here. This place was really beautiful.
