"The staff were very courteous. I really want to highlight the exceptional service offered to us by Yohannes who went far and beyond to make sure we had a great breakfast each day we stayed there. Always welcomed us with a great big smile and made sure we were well taken care of. We cant thank him enough for making our stay at your hotel the best experience ever for me and my guests. This was the best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel in Canada. Great selection of all the breakfast items and i really loved the fact that the fruit was so fresh!! Definitely recommend this hotel to others and will stay again! Thank you so much!"

"The staff were very attentive. The breakfast was very good..I wouldn’t say it was anything unique..it was the usual egg, bacon, sausage etc. but it was delicious. The rooms were clean.the only complaint I have is that they should have duvets instead of a thin blanket between two sheets. I had to really up the temperature in the room to have a comfortable sleep. The gym was nice and has all the equipment needed for a full body workout. The location of this hotel is perfect..the street cars run very often so it’s easy to get around the city. I would stay here again."
