For a 100 bucks you get what you pay for, the pictures online are decieving, no bed spread on beds, dead bugs in the bathroom, dresser with a drawer missing, floor lamp with no light bulb or lamp shade, tv did not work, limited parking spaces.

Our room smelled very bad, there was trash all over the place. Parking is very limited. Despite having pictures of a hot tub, there was no hot tub - it has been filled in.

There were no food options, and the bed was too hard to sleep in. The floors were sticky, and the room was not well maintained. The T.V. remote did not work. The walls are very thin. You can hear everything.

I strongly advise against staying at this establishment. I traveled three hours to visit Diamond Valley Lake and booked this hotel for a quick overnight stay, expecting a convenient and comfortable experience. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. Upon arriving at 11:30 PM, I immediately noticed a significant number of homeless individuals congregating in the parking lot, which raised safety concerns. Despite my reservations, I proceeded with my stay since I had already prepaid. Upon entering my room at midnight, I found it to be unbearably cold. I attempted to turn on the heater, but it was nonfunctional. After contacting the front desk, a staff member was sent to assess the issue. I was informed that the heating unit was broken and that I would be moved to another room; however, no such relocation occurred. As a result, I was left in a room at 42 degrees Fahrenheit, all while feeling uneasy about my vehicle’s security due to the growing number of individuals outside. By 2:30 AM, I decided to leave. I packed my belongings, left the hotel, and ultimately resorted to sleeping in my car in a Walmart parking lot. This was an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a safe and restful stay.

Stay was great. Staff were pretty nice. However the rooms are due for a serious deep cleaning/renovation. Walls were dirty. Spotted a baby roach the day of checkout. Beds are comfy and the room size is huge just due for renovation and or deep clean!

The bathroom door handle is broken. The bed has no blanket. The bed is hard, like sleeping on the floor. The shower has black mold. The tub floor for the shower is very slippery, not even wet yet, slipped. The stair way rail is loose & I’ve got a fractured foot from before. No ashtray in smoking room! Had to get my own.

Review and refund request

This stay was terrible. We took photos. There were people living there and had junk all outside the doors. There were bugs in our room. The sheets were stained. The floors were dirty and broken. It was a terrible stay. We would like to find out how we can get a partial refund for the inconvenience as we spent several hundred dollars to stay there.
