Very enjoyable stay. Only real complaint was having to ask for pool to be unlocked each day.

Don't like its a place very people homeless and drug dealers around nasty

Toilet seat was busted. Good location with lots of stores and restaurants around within walking distance.

I reserved based on the Wyndham name and expected much more than received. The booking was uneventful and the staff accommodated my request to prepay prior to arrival. Found out after check in from other guests as well as business employees at neighboring shops/restaurants that Wyndham Travelodge Hemet has a reputation in town as being the "crack" hotel in town. Catering to a much less sophisticated crowd than normal business class. We did witness guests with a room inviting entire families of other non-guests to enjoy the pool/hot tub. Discussing drug deals in the pool and planning their next visit the following weekend with another member of the party booking the room for a repeat. Cleanliness was acceptable but routine maintenance was not up to what I would expect from a Wyndham facility. Holes in doors and walls unrepaired. Open electrical outlet that had obviously shorted and arced and been left unrepaired. (Would not pass fire code or building code inspection in this condition) Pool and hot tub were in serious need of a good cleaning although the chlorine level was high enough to noticeably smell. Hot tub water had not been drained/cleaned/changed in quite some time! The continental breakfast was greatly inferior your competition! Step up Wyndham! I will certainly not be returning to Wyndham Travelodge Hemet again! And would seriously consider not patronizing any other similar named facility in other cities. A return email is anticipated and expected.

The smell of the room got me very sick and so much noise from bathroom lights, couldn't sleep, air conditioning when blower it bridged so much mold smell, it was not good experience for me.

I came to Hemet to run a fencing tournament, the qualifier for the 2016 Junior Olympics, at Hemet High School. I spent the friday night at this Travelodge to be just minutes away from the venue on Saturday. The room was clean, neat, warm. I was happy with everything. The only item that came as a surprise was that the coffee maker did not work. Luckily, this hotel offers a continental breakfast starting at 7:00 a.m. I informed the front desk staff and they were very helpful.

The place was surprisingly clean for the price which is a big plus.

Getting there was easy enough alothough if you arent really paying attentionthen you miss it because it is in thr middle of a commercial area. We got there at around midnight but the staff was amazingly friendly. The room was a whole lot better than I had expected for a two star hotel. The beds were comfortable and the decor was nicely put together. The bathroom was a bit short so you can't open the door all thr way because it hits the toilet. Checking out was a breeze and the staff even remembered checking me in.

The room could have been cleaner, but it was worth just getting away from it all.

The bathtub could have been scrubbed better in the grout and on the bottom of the tub! The website says they have king beds, well there are none only queens. So if your a big dude or chick, your bed will be crowded. Overall, I can look past those things, just sayin'!

The room could have been a little cleaner, but overall the room was great. It was a good deal for the price.

Great room for the price. Very clean property and cleanliness as well as room had Directv for sports and room was good size. I just wish comfort of beds were more comfortable.

The first thing that went wrong is when I used your service to book the room, I requested a King size bed. When I arrived all they had were Queen size. I asked them if I could change to a room with 2 queen size and they said no, that I would have to contact you for that change. Later that day when I told a different clerk, he agreed to change our room. . However there was already someone in that room, so we had to change to another room.. We remained in that room for the night, but froze, since you could not change the settings on the tempature from 60 degrees on the NEW air conditioning unit. On Friday we were gone all day and into the late evening. When we arrived back at the room, we still could not change the temp. setting. A clerk came over to the room and checked it out and she could not get it to work either. She changed us to a different room. When we got in that room and turned on the ac, it would not work. The compressor would not kick in and it was only blowing hot air. We told the clerk and she changed us to another room. ON Saturday we were gone all day and upon our return to the room on Saturday night, we found our room had not been cleaned. I asked for a one night credit since we were having so much trouble. She passed it on to the manager and we were told he refused. He said that since we had been in the one room where the ac didnt work and they had to clean that room he would not do anything for us. Then when I went to check out Sun morning, I asked for a receipt and was told that I could not receive one since it was prepaid thru your service. We had traveled across the country to attend my grandson's high school graduation. All I can say is I will never stay at a Travel Lodge again and especially this one.

room no king bed. no food in the morning. no way to hold water in the bathtub. no heated pool. cold jacusey rude woman at front desk and one pillow had a very old pillow case

I just needed a hotel for a weekend and this was perfect. Comfortable and clean. The a/c didnt work but the window was big enough to make that not an issue.

We stayed at the Travelodge in Hemet for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly, and the location was handy. The Denny's in the parking lot made mornings a lot easier! And the pool was great, very deep for a hotel and practically right outside the door. As for the room itself...well, it's spacious, not but especially well laid out. The fridge and microwave were practically in the closet while the main part of the room had miles of open space, and the bathroom door banged against the toilet even though it wasn't really that small. The bed was hard as a rock, and the floor was especially poorly cleaned. The bottoms of our feet were practically black from walking across it! I get the feeling the carpet is just very old, as the rest of the housekeeping was done quite well. Get a rugdoctor in there! Overall, I think you get what you pay for with this hotel. The pool and location are nice, but if they aren't priorities I recommend the Vagabond Inn across town over this one for a much more comfortable room.

Day Managers, hospitablity people and swimming pool were excellent! Never stay here if you want to sleep at night. Illegal activities going on right out side our room door and out the back gate/alley. Notified night hotel manager at 1:30 a.m., asked her to call police, she talked to people hanging out in front of our door and things were quiet for all of 10 minutes. At 3:30 a.m. we walked to front of hotel to call police ourselves but police were already there breaking up a dispute at the restaurant & bar next door. Night manager did not want police involved so she went and checked on 2 rooms full of young adults, they said they would go to sleep, it's now 4:30 a.m. We insisted she move our room, which she did. Checked out the next morning around 10am one day early. Booking company was fantastic and refunded our money for that night and the remaining night. We only stayed in this hotel because we stayed here 2 years ago and everything was much better than average for the money.

OK hotel in OK neighborhood. Across parking lot to Denny's. On Hwy 74. Overall, good location, and good room at a good price.

This was a great hotel to stay at. The room was very clean and the non-smoking room had no odor of smoke at all. I am extremely sensitive to smoke smell and I had absolutely no issues. Great location and it was just a few minutes from all the places we needed to go to. My only complaint was that the bed was just way too hard. I like a little harder mattress than most but this was just like sleeping on a board. If not for that I would give it 5 stars. I would definitely stay again if the bed's are redone.

The room was huge but very poorly designed. All that space and the bathroom sink was stuck behind the door to the small room containing the tub and toilet. The faucet on the tub was really really stiff and I had to plant my feet and pull to get the water on. Across from that was an empty space with a coffee pot on top of a mini-microwave on top of a mini-fridge looking silly sitting in the middle of the big empty area. The included breakfast was a coupon for the Denny's next door. Which had the typically awful Denny's food. Better to not have breakfast included and go buy your own than to eat there. On the plus side, the room was very quiet as it was at the back of the hotel next to the parking lot for a beauty school that was closed over the weekend. Because of that, you can park right outside the door. Also it is in the middle of Hemet so convenient to wherever you need to go.
