My bed had dirt or sand in it. I couldnt sleep in it. The room heater did not work. There was nobody available to fix it. I asked at the desk for extra blankets, they did not have any until 10 pm. The kitchenette had nothing in it, no dishes, pans, silverware.

Nice rooms with kitchen/fridge/stove but no coffee maker? No ice machine on the property? Nothing to use in the kitchen- pans/plates/utensils ? Kitchen isn’t very usable unless you bring your own equipment

Clean and friendly

We booked two rooms and stayed on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, one of the rooms had very large cockroaches that we were shocked to find 2 days in a row. The property was otherwise comfortable, the coffee and "grab and go" breakfast convenient and the staff very friendly and efficient.

Considering the ridiculous price you would think they would offer great amenities and a decent breakfast; no. Won't be back.

Hotel was dirty and the chairs in the room were stained and smelled. The iron was damaged and the front desk had to go through 4 of them to find one in good condition. However, staff was accommodating and allowed a late check out so we could get ready for a wedding.

The lobby smelled of dirty restroom. The staff was great and friendly. The room had no cups, plates or anything in the cub bards.

Good location near mall and other stores. Good room for the price.

The staff was nice. I booked a non smoking room but when we walked in it obviously smelled like smoke. The place had a motel feel to it. The bathroom was clean but some areas were overlooked or wiped down not clean (toilet).

The room seemed a little old and outdated. Worse than that was the smell. It smelled like moldy bread. I believe the air conditioning filter needs to be replaced which created the odor. We notified the front desk staff upon arrival, and borrowed air freshener to help with the odor. At check out, we suggested that the air conditioning filter be replaced as soon as possible. The continental breakfast had very little options.

Staff were friendly. Hotel room was clean. Their confines breakfast was the only dissapointment. It consisted of cheap muffins, coffee, hot chocolate, and oatmeal. They didn’t offer any fruit like most continental breakfasts.

Just needed to stay one night. The air conditioner was loud, kept waking me. The bed was good, the room was clean, but I had a terrible time sleeping because of the air conditioner and the window wouldn't open for fresh air.
