The staff was superbly nice and efficient. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Admittedly, we didn’t use the “amenities” and really just needed the 2 bedroom hotel. That being said, the rooms felt quite dirty. The doors were off the tracks/unable to close; cockroaches were in the bathroom, rugs were filthy (we had a crawling baby), the ice maker didn’t work, and the pack and plays were not delivered to our room for the first night despite several requests.
Terrible experience! From the minute we arrived at 10:30 at night, took nearly 2 hours before we had checked into a room and then there was no parking to get to our room. We stayed one night slept at my sons house the second night, and moved to a new hotel for the last two nights. It was filthy, dirty, there was no running water in the bathroom. There were bugs and hairs all over the place. The furniture was old and dusty. Everything was falling apart and there was zero service. I will never recommend this place and would like a full refund if possible.
Omg. I am not the person to leave reviews, but here we go. My family and I was very disappointed by the place, we had a two bedroom suite, when I say dirty I want you to understand, from the sheets, the faucet full of green mold, sofa 🛋️ torn, sink and shower had mold, towels had stuff like bugs on them, carpet in one of the rooms had sunflower shells, the room seems like it had not been used in over a decade, smell old and musty. Let’s not talk about the walk to the parking lot from our cluster, I think when someone have such a far room from park lot, automatically should be assigned a golf cart. For $350.00 per night this was not worth it at. Management need to give up this place if your not interested in customer comfort and charge so much damn money. If I figure out a way to go further with this I’m definitely doing that. I cry shame on this place. There’s so much more to complain about. I also have photos .
This property is very old. While they seem to have repainted some rooms, the floors are still very squeaky, while the sinks, toilets and bathtubs are very dated. Coffee machine was dirty, creamer was expired, couch was so dusty, we couldn’t sit on it, and one of the comforter was yellow with nasty stains. No room service for the 3 nights we were there even though we left the maid service request tag on daily. My sisters room had part of the ceiling piece fall off during the stay. We will never return to this property.
I’ve stayed here for over 20 years and it really needs to have some updating in their rooms. The property is a hidden gem but, the rooms are actually gross at this point with stained carpet and furniture. It’s really a shame because I love it here. This place has gone downhill due to the condition of their rooms.
Beautiful property. Many extra hidden fees for parking, resort fees, etc. overall our room was decent but not very clean and there was a cockroach and a large spider. There were a few very friendly staff but others who were not friendly or helpful and there was lots of litter throughout the resort grounds. There were two hot tubs and both were not working.

Staff seemed very unsure on what was open and what wasn’t with the Covid restrictions. Stayed for Labor Day weekend and were told multiple answers on planned activities ouand there ended up being none. Waited 30 mins for a valet to leave. Finally just walked with our bags to the parking lot. Beautiful property! I know Covid is present but management you have guests.
I booked two rooms and they didn't find my 2nd room booming. After 30 mins wait, they did find my booking. When i checked out next day, i got a charge for another room. This is crazy. No one pickup the phone easily at the front desk.
