Everything about the hotel my husband and i agreed the hotel was disgusting, the toilet was never clean ad for the floors too. We ask for a non smoker room. We got a smoker room. I was horrible. We check in and as soon as we went in we came out of the room and decided to sleep better in the car. I would begged u to look into other hotels please. Pay 100 more but not in this hotel motel look like. Will never ever ever stay in the hotel.
This property located very close to downtown Tampa which was great. But the rooms don’t look like the pictures- and the area is rather sketchy. There seem to be a lot of people living at this motel. It was fine for the one night I needed to be close for an event- but probably wouldn’t stay there again.
The rooms were bare, no glasses. Few towels. Very noisy, particularly at night. Peculiar odor in the room. Shampoo container had paint on it. Very over-priced at $128/night . Facility has seen better days. Bed creaked.
The place was in a very unsafe neighborhood and i didn't feel comfortable there
It is irresponsible from Orbitz to adverstise a place like this where there are drug dealers and prostitution clear at sight. You will loose business if any tourist ends up in that place. Thank you.
The photos of the rooms are fake. My room was kind of clean but falling apart. There was a big fight in one of the rooms in the middle of the night and took a while for people to come down. People had loud music and heavy drinking in one of the nights. There's no phone to the reception of the hotel.A person knocked on my door at 7am on the two days I was there asking for illegal substance. Definitely not a good experience.
We paid entirely too much money to stay at this hotel. We reserved the day before at $170. This is like a $80 hotel, in my opinion. They went out of their way to make cute little designs with the towels placed on top of the bed and in the bathroom, to make the place look fancier than it was. It was a nice touch but it's still an old hotel. However, our room looked like it had been remodeled. Looking at the outside, I was expecting the room to smell old and moldy. Instead, there was a strong smell of bleach. I happen to like the smell of bleach, so I was ok with it, but I know people hate it. At least it made me feel like the sheets and towels were disinfected properly. The tub was new and clean. The room was clean. The bed wasn't the best but wasn't bad. There was new flooring and bathroom sink seem to be newer too. They were pressure washing the outside of the hotel and the pool area looked clean. The check-in area is around the side. I'm not sure it if they were maybe fixing the front of the hotel. All I know, is that it felt sketchy. My daughter stayed in a different room which was falling apart but I guess we got a better room for the price we paid. The area is probably not the best and there were some people hanging around, patrons of the hotel that didn't bother us but made me feel uncomfortable. I know that's not the hotel's fault and they can't do anything about that but just an fyi. It wasn't great but I guess not bad to sleep for the night.
Horrible
This was an overall disappointing place. Had to leave early, would not stay again.
Área is terrible the service was so bad the main office was closed they bathroom not water
Not the best vacation or comfortable experience....
The room was absolutely disgusting, dirty walls, sticky floors and the place did not match it’s pictures which were probably taken 10 years ago. Will never stay here again. Lobby was closed and only option was the night window which is bullet proof glass for a reason. Shady people hanging around and what seemed like full timers. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Woke up in the middle of the night itching and stratching. After i checked my baby i begin to see small bites marks. After pulling the sheers back and checking al over i begin o see bugs moving. Bed bugs. Omg
The staff was nice. The room had a smoke detector alarm hanging off the wall, beeping, when we walked in and the blow dryer didn't work because the outlet was fried from whoever used it before. Other than that, if you are looking just for a place to sleep, it met that need fine.
This place was terrible, we spent less than 10 minutes in the room and had to check out. The smell of smoke was overwhelming and disgusting. The fridge had rust on it and the dresser was missing a handle. Also the door to the room wouldn’t close correctly and was super sketchy. There was also roaches and it was just dirty. The night guy at the desk was wearing a BULLETPROOF VEST If that helps you see what it was like. Also had to call a corporate office to attempt to get my money back. Disgusted and not happy in the least. Drove an hour home to avoid staying there.
I’ve already emailed your customer service and have not heard back, which is disappointing. After checking in on Monday afternoon, I checked out and canceled my stay after about an hour. Not only did the room stink or mildew, but the property is completely unsafe. There were people loitering everywhere. There were people doing had drugs by the pool. A couple of men kept looking in the windows of my rental car (it was the most basic rental so they weren’t admiring it, they were definitely looking for things to steal). The property may be being used as government subsidized housing. If this is the case, solo female travelers should not be staying there. I felt unsafe the entire time. When I checked out the woman in the desk asked why and I didn’t feel safe telling her because one of the men who had been doing drugs by the pool had followed me into the lobby and kept staring at me. It was completely unsafe. I want. Full refund. Especially since I didn’t even stay a single night.
