It was nice enough, but not for the price I paid. Check in staff was rude because my flight came in early, so my room wasnt ready. I understand that, but no offer to store my luggage, or maybe a place to have lunch while I waited. She was rude and was acting like I had put her out. Thank God, when I returned the next shift staff was very nice and accommodating. Renovations on the 1st floor was not nice to listen to either, but again understandable.

It was good and quiet but there are no sites to see it and the pool area is small.

Water damage in the main lobby carpet area - was quite disgusting and had all these giant machines trying to dry it out. Major construction happening in the room adjacent to mine made it impossible to get decent rest. Drilling every few minutes and all I needed was sleep. Front desk didn't care much, with only an "oh yeah, they were working on some pipes" and no offer to swap rooms, and no formal communication to anyone in the hotel this was happening. Elevator is dreadfully slow and main lobby had no temperature controls and was muggy and gross. Definitely would never stay there again.

Great comfortable bed. No glasses in bathroom - had to use disposable coffee cups. Expect better from Hilton. Trash on chair in front lobby and floor when I left at 5am. Hotel shuttle driver is excellent

Good, quiet, and clean area. The hotel is decorated beautifully. Family-friendly hotel. Check in and check out was easy.

I found a total of 12 hairs in and around the tub, most of which were the kind of hairs you really don't want to find. Then, I was woken up the following morning despite having hung the "do not disturb" hanger on my doorknob. I replied that I was still sleeping. They proceeded to come back a total of two more times. Add to that the construction going on, and I definitely was not impressed.

Air conditioner did not work in my room after reporting it three times staff sent engineer staff on two separate occasions and the air conditioner still did not work...they gave us a fan and did not seem to care. Upon arrival bugs were on our TV stand and our sheets on our beds were dirty and housekeeping had to come and change them. They appeared to be short staff and they didn't have good customer service.

The front desk lady made a comment about how early I was. Then I didn't get a King Bed as requested, I got 2 doubles.

To my surprise for a Hilton found mold on the ceiling above the bed from an apparent plumbing or air conditioner leak. Reported to the front desk and they did nothing to compensate for my stay or worse respiratory infections

I was very pleased with my stay. Hotel is super convienient to the airport.

I needed a last-minute hotel stay due to a power outtage at home upon arrival from out of state. The staff was warm and welcoming and the rooms were very cozy! We even had a beautiful view off our balcony!

desk staff at arrival were less than professional. Bathroom walls a bit grungy and needed some attention. All other staff very friendly and helpful. Pool very nice. Crystal clear. Not too warm or too cold. Room clean, comfy beds. Big thing was complimentary bottled water also comped the wifi. Low wifi score due to regular charge of $9.95 a day. Walked to shopping mall with nice variety of restaurants.

Elevator is dreadfully slow and main lobby had no temperature controls and was muggy and gross. Definitely would never stay there again.
