i loved the location.....staff were great & friendly......great views and quiet room.....highly recommend....

I would highly recommend this property. Very clean, modern and good location

The property was new & clean, but that's about it as far as perks. We arrived on a Friday around 6pm it was an easy check in, the room was great, but there was no literature about the hotel, or surrounding area. No menu for room service or even mention of the onsite restaurant/bar. The comp breakfast was the same everyday, cold scrambled eggs and cold pancakes. Valet took forever and cost $25 a day & there was no other options to park. We had a late dinner & arrived back at the hotel close to midnight & found ourselves in tue midst of a fire alarm, Fire department and all, however besides the alarm we were never given instruction from any of the staff on what we were suppose to do. The poor lady at the desk was running both sides of the hotel DAY AND NIGHT, & best of all after a late night & fire alarm we were woken by VERY VERY LOUD BANGING BEFORE THE SUN WAS EVEN UP ON A SATURDAYMORNING!!! This property has a lot of kinks, & hopefully they get it figured out quickly. I am giving grace this time because it is a fairly new property.
