The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. However, the breakfast options were very limited—mostly cereal, bread, and coffee. One day they offered pancakes, but they were store-bought and just warmed up, which was disappointing. Also, parking was only available through valet, which added up quickly over our 4-day stay.

The hotel provided a warm and inviting atmosphere, where every corner exuded comfort. The staff members were exceptionally welcoming, always ready with a smile and eager to assist, making guests feel right at home.

The room was noisy, you could hear the people next door. Literally hear them talking. The person that checked us in acted as if we were bothering him. Was not informative about anything. The shampoo and soap didn’t smell good at all. The bed was very bumpy and pillow flat. The parking situation was ridiculous. You have no voice but to valet. Was told it would be $40 but turned out $45 plus tip. We will not stay here again.

Absolutely amazing stay. Beautiful location. Lots of food options. Free valet. Extremely clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Breakfast was filled with healthy options. The bar and restaurant upstairs served amazing drinks with a great side if music. Would highly consider this place for a staycation.

I enjoyed the room with my family. However, the guy at the check-in desk wasn't the friendliest and made a snide comment that caused me to lose my smile. I tried to not let it ruin my stay as best as possible and it was only for one night, anyway. Other than that, the facility was very nice.

Terrible; booked a spacious two bed suite with a couch and table for a family of four and receiced a tiny handicapped room with no space for the children to eat properly at a table. Broken blinds so people across the street can look at you while you eat and sleep. Never again!
