arrived just before 2 p.m. on Friday 7/7 Room was cold and clean when I arrived. Nice room.

Confortable beds and clean rooms. Good breakfast especially the waffles!

Convenient location, great room and breakfast buffet for a great price.

very nice room, all workers encountered were friendly and helpful - impressed and would stay here again or recommend to anyone

Don't recommend the hotel. Staff is unfriendly & unhelpful. Housekeeping didn't clean our room 3 out of 5 days & management did nothing. Front desk staff wouldn't even give directions to car wash. Staff would clear out breakfast even tho a room full of people were trying to fix their plates. Website lied about nightly snacks/drinks.

When I made our reservations, it was because my mother was in hospice and I was coming to say goodbye to her. I must have mentioned this to the person I spoke with over the phone because when we got to our room, there was a white towel folded to look like a swan on the bed with a sympathy card signed by the entire hotel staff! It brought tears to my eyes! That was how things started, and it continued to be exemplary the entire eight days of our stay. Whenever we needed something, we simply had to go down to the front desk. They had a mini-store with lots of commonly forgotten items available for purchase. They even had microwavable meals in case you didn't feel like going out or ordering pizza! I've never seen a hotel more prepared for it's guest's comfort. The staff was phenomenal! One front desk person - I believe her name was Star, was so sweet! Our whole family fell in love with her! She made us feel like family. Our room was clean and nice smelling. There was a sticky spot on the carpet between the beds - spilled soda I think, but I understand how it could have been missed. It could not be seen, but only felt if you stepped on it with a bare foot, and how often to hotel maids walk around in bare feet? Parking was always available, though the FED-Ex headquarters next door created some traffic issues. Avoid the rear exit onto the street on the east side if you are heading that way. Instead turn west from the front exit and make a u-turn at the next corner. It's easier.

Very very bad and dirty place to stay uncomfortable place I will not recmend to stay at this hotel

Very nice hotel, good breakfast and nice amenities

The hotel staff, was the best, very friendly & caring the front desk to housekeeping. My room was big & clean, perfect location, the stadium was about 4 miles away. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice and quiet. Walls one night were alittle thin, heard too much too early in the morning. Otherwise, nice and quiet.

Very convenient and nice staff. Had a good time and was close to stadium.

Booked this place for an employee coming into town. He had no issues at checkin, room was large and clean. It was raining so he did not get to use the pool, but the fitness room was nice along with the breakfast the staff even allowed me to join him in the morning. Thought was extremely professional. Only had 1 elevator the other one was down but the staff was really nice about it and helped out if someone was in a rush.

Let's keep this in perspective - this is a low to medium priced hotel but as impressive as it is affordable. We stayed here last year too when visiting relatives in the area. Room and bed was clean, and it was nice having the sofa and chair to relax on rather than only a bed. This hotel is maybe three years old so the facility is in great shape. Complimentary breakfast buffet was more than adequate. I was originally concerned the room we got this year was adjacent to the elevator but to my surprise, there was never any noise to be concerned with. As a suggestion: it was worth it to me to tip Housekeeping daily to NOT spray that miserable air freshner that hotels feel is necessary. After the first day of them not spraying it the smell was faint and by the end of five days it was pretty clear the air freshner wasn't being used to cover up an odor in the room - there was none. Apparently the housekeeping staff thinks they are doing you a favor making the room smell like the powder your great-aunt used to wear :-)

this place was wonderful . it was located in a great location, near everything. the rooms were clean, roo.y, and beds were super comfy . definitely going to stay here again.

Great experience, room was not thoroughly cleaned compared to prior visits but overall a great stay.

Everything was impeccable about this hotel. Except the guy at the front desk, talk about sour puss.. Overall, I would reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Would definately stay again. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel had recently been refurbished and still needed just a few touches but over all was nice.

Wonderful. Our room was clean and spacious, quiet and welcoming. Great for a quiet get away with your love or for the family.

This was a nice new, clean, building. The front desk clerk was friendly, and helpful. Location was not ideal for any restaraunts, shopping, or general tourism, but was good for being near the airport, which is what we needed. My only complaint, is that the jacuzzi was not hot at all, and that was the main reason I had rented at this location.

Comfort provided good value -and good location Food ok My review is short but thoughtful

Dear Kari, I sincerely apologize that your stay with us was not to your satisfaction. Upon investigation and speaking to Starr, Stephanie and the housekeeping manager the room was serviced daily. They also indicated that service was requested daily prior to 1pm so the children could be put down for their nap. The only time a room is not serviced is when there is Do Not Disturb Sign on the door. Stephanie and Starr remember speaking to you about the children and how they are home schooled due to the education. We do offer a managers reception on Wednesday nights only were we offer beer, wine and light snacks from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. I truly apologize for any misunderstandings.
